    Nothing at all.

The location was perfect. Nice and peaceful and close to the town if we needed something. The cottage itself was clean and tidy. It felt like home away from home.

Spa bath out on the decking. The complementary champagne is always a very nice touch and thoughtful gift, that is given to guest when staying at Briars Cottage.

mattress is soft in master bedroom, although spa bath is on the back veranda, there are several neighbours, so measures are taken to block them out, including the view of the bush land. there is a sitting area however as well, and a separate bbq area,so the views are unobstructed from there.

close proximity to Daylesford shops and restaurants . well stocked kitchen. big master ensuite. air conditioning in main areas and bedroom. bush land views.

Beautiful little cottage. Cleanliness on point. The bedroom was decent size and we could accommodate our 2 year old baby with us. Little details like chocolate, Chardonnay bottle (even though we don't drink alcohol), tealight candles by the sauna and the bath bomb were really sweet little gestures which we absolutely loved. The cottage is 3 mins drive to Coles supermarket, which is great! The cottage was so cozy that we spent the whole 2 days relaxing and chilling, instead of going outside. The botanical garden, beautiful daylesford lake, trentham falls etc are very near. Our highlight was the sauna. I thought it wouldn't be a great idea in the 3 degrees weather. But despite being outdoor it's so warm and cozy and totally worth it!

Stairs but only as I have a dodgy knee.

Superbly presented cottage with all amenities and more. I judge accommodation on whether I could live there and I could live here full time very happily. Back porch overlooking the bush gully and the spa bath were bonuses.

So easy to get to. Very comfortable beds, and excellent showers. A great little getaway for two mums who needed a well deserved break after 2020. Love that it had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Cosy, but plenty of room. Will be back for sure.

The handwash wasn't refilled. there was a brown stain on the bed sheet, lots of hair on the corners of the bathroom floor, found a massive huntsman spider in the bedroom, jacuzzi and carpets were not very clean. Wish there were bin liners provided. We had to go and buy our own.

Location was very close to everything and it was easy to access the keys. They provided lots of towels and liked how there were bags provided for nappies. Felt very cosy.
