A few apartment defects (bathroom plumbing needing attention, toaster serviceable but needing replacement). Renovation works ongoing - unpleasant noise and odors from solvents. TV used web (no broadcast reception) and slow to connect.

Well located, good view, apartment generally in good condition, building generally in good condition. Management team friendly and helpful. Internet quite good.

Bedrooms need block out curtains and the outside pool needs ar least solar heating as it was too cold to use. I would have preferred to be higher as we paid extra but we knew it would be between 5th and 14th floor - unfortunately it was the 5th floor so we didn’t get the sweeping ocean views I wanted but at least we could see the sea through the trees!

Very spacious apartment with the bonus of a wall oven, not just a microwave. Delightful and helpful reception staff Leonie and Michelle. Great location near Burleigh North beach. Quiet except when there were pool renovation works for a couple of days but fair warning was given.

Really spacious apartment. Nice and clean. Right across the road from the beach, surf club and shops. Lady at reception was so friendly and very helpful.

Apartment very tired and dated, toilet cistern crumbling. Kitchen very old, only very basic crockery, two mugs only but dirty/ worn. Due to renovation the steam room wasn’t available at all because workmen used it to store equipment which was disappointing.

Was a little bit tired and the bathroom shower could’ve been cleaner but had almost everything we needed, would’ve loved a coffee plunger and the jug has definitely seen better days!

Amazing view from every room, lots of space and the staff at reception were the best. We loved having the indoor pool, especially on a rainy day. A great base for our family adventure.

room had some issues - kitchen sink leaking, no plug for sink, had issues trying to log into TV, fan in bedroom did not work ? remote needs batteries the rubbish shute is the smallest I have ever seen so pretty much had to go downstairs in lift for all rubbish in a bag

Apartment needed a refurbish. Furniture rather dated and dirty. Very basic amenities e.g no spare bin liners. I understand this is out of the complex's control but the night construction works was very disruptive and barely mentioned before booking.

Beds were a little uncomfortable and the basic supplies were not provided (shampoo, conditioner,etc). Gym had basics and was really small.

The apartment was built in late 80s/early 90s and it shows. The kitchen is very dated and some of the utensils would be rejected by an opp shop. Square electric fry pans and warped pans are just some of the disappointments. Do the owners not trust the occupants? Is theft an issue? Water pressure in the showers was also sub-standard.

Great location and million dollar views if you are 6th floor (or higher). We were on the 2nd floor. Apartment had a nice dining setting and and a very good smart TV (which we eventually figured out how to operate).

We had friends stay in an a 2 bedroom apartment on level 3, it was old, dated and dirty. I would have been extremely unimpressed if this was our room.

We were located in a 2 bedroom apartment on level 5, it was modern and clean. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were well maintained and great temperatures. Sauna was fantastic.
