Some of the wall paper was showing signs of age, but otherwise in good condition. The only thing I didn't like at all was the clear class window in the main bathroom. No privacy at all due to the mirrored wardrobe doors when in the shower and loo.

Proximity to shops and eateries was excellent. The indoor pool was well heated and maintained. I didn't use the outdoor pool due to weather, but it looked lovely.

TV in room we could not get normal TV. Internet was supposed to be unlimited but could not watch Netflix on our own account as not good enough had to log on to our own phones.

There was only aircon in master bedroom. They did offer to move us to an apt with aircon in all rooms, so problem sorted.

The apt was very comfortable and the view amazing. Well worth a stay. The beach in front was fab. the area is very nice.

We upgraded through booking.com and paid more before arriving for an executive suite. Instead we got an apartment on level 5 corner , that had dated decor, phone cords hanging , old range hood and dark bedroom. They did change us on night 2 to another room that was in line with expectation ,but took an additional $185 to cover cleaning costs of the first apartment that was definitely not executive . This was disappointing as evidently the first apartment was classified incorrectly . Additionally the indoor pool was out of use (due to renovation) but even more reason to do the right thing . The Burleigh surf apartments are beautiful to stay in, just this upset our holiday somewhat.

When we finally got to the room we paid for ‘Executive Apartment’ the view was lovely, quiet and we could hear the ocean every night . The outside pool area was beautiful and well maintained . The location is excellent . Naomi on reception was lovely.

Windows are very stiff to open and close, you need to be a sumo wrestler to manage the sliding door on the south balcony (thinking of sending my physiotherapy bills to management). TV too small for size of room, on/off, channel changes/volume adjustment too complicated - you gotta use both remotes. More shade needed around the pool.

Location, location, location. Good standard of accommodation and apartment appointments. Stayed here many times, apartments are getting a bit tired and some minor maintenance is required.

Was uncomfortable on humid 23 degree nights not having air conditioning in the bedrooms ceiling fans weren't enough. The a/c unit in the lounge room was only small and didn't do the whole unit.

The location was excellent and the unit was a great size. Lounges very comfortable, view exceptional, kitchen well fitted out. Secure parking fabulous.

The pools are closed too early at 8.30pm. All doors are locked around the pool and it was very confusing how to get back to the Reception area in the dark. We didn't use the little gym or pool table/games area as there was no air conditioning there.

Pools were both excellent. Amazing view. Location to the main Burleigh Beach a little far. North Burleigh Beach was too rough.

The floors were sandy when we arrived which was strange. Lucky there was a vacume though We turned up to find we were on floor 2. My hopes for the ocean view were lost. We could however see glimpses of the sea through all the trees I couldn't find anything to grab hot oven trays with. There was no oven mitts

Wi Fi weak. TV difficult to get free to air but help arrived very quickly and showed us what to do. Most apartments have only one kitchen bin so recycling can be a problem. This apartment was no different. When will the penny drop? Didn't much like the cooking facilities. Old oven but at least it had words and numbers. The cooktop only had symbols! Sharp knives were useless. Glassware was chunky, coffee mugs were ordinary- small and thick. Bedroom and bathrooms were clean but getting a bit worn. Beds were comfortable. Carpet had a few stains.

Location was a big plus. Near the beach, near Aldi, Coles and take away shops and restaurants, near the Surf Club and the flagged swimming area, near the Esplanade for walks. Loved the 180° views. Amenities were good. Indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, games room, gym, library area. Check in was smooth, plenty of parking, trolleys for luggage, lifts great, key access good in all areas. Plenty of room in the apartment. Air conditioning and fans were much appreciated in the humid rainy weather.

The bed in the main bedroom was very soft and the entire mattress moved at the slightest turn in bed. We still managed to nap well but a firmer mattress would be great 😊

Apartment was not well cleaned prior to arrival, lack of some kitchen utensils. Both issues rectified by friendly staff after notification. Some furniture and fittings Showing signs of age.
