We the booking was made, the images were misleading. The property showed refurbished and this one had not been completed. Decking was unfinished, an external door was broken. Images showed TV’s in every room however only the main bedroom had one. There was decking and rubbish stored out front on driveway and the two days before we arrived we were notified of pool closures. These properties are managed by two entities. Casuarina Cove 12 did not have full access to the resorts amenities…we had to pay daily to hire snorkel gear which we were not aware of so this was costly and disappointing. Lastly, I feel they need to reduce the age limit to drive a golf buggy on the island…I had two children aged 19 who are no longer probationary drivers who were unable to drive them.

Location was incredible and the views were spectacular. Extremely spacious and loved that there was three bathrooms. Loved that we had access to the pools at the resort, having the golf buggy included was so much more convenient.

Not very clean on arrival with lots of dust and food left in the couch. Levered windows on kitchen and dining room were not useable as they fell out when opened.

Kitchen stove top wasn’t very clean and old. Utensils in kitchen were quite old - especially cutting knives! No decent sized bowls.

Some little pantry items would be good . Had basic tea and coffee . Some oil , salt pepper glad warp etc would be handy . While we got 4 pillows on each bed ( great) Pillows are very high and full some variety in pillow size would be nice We had a one year old so an option for a stair gate might be handy . Thank you for the cot and highchair was prefect .

Amazing location and views . Above the pool . The 2 decks are huge . Air conditioning and fans are perfect . Good size and 3 bathrooms covered our family . Great new buggy to get around .

The water filter and the hot water in the kitchen did not work. Someone very promptly came to look at it which was great but it was not fixed during our stay. Watch out for the cheeky cockatoos coming in!

The location was great as was the layout. It comfortably fit 7 adults and 1 kiddo and had everything we needed. It felt private Having a buggy and a pool in the complex were both a bonus, we'll definitely be back.

There were lots of long construction woods in front of the entrance making hard to walk around the main entrance. As we had seniors staying with us, it was safety concerns. Lots of dust behind the bed

Not enough amentities (no hand wash, toilet paper, basic condiments, paper towel). We found the beds too hard and the pillows too high for our preference. On two occasions, possums were able to get through the flywire in the kitchen and ate food on the bench, noticed most flywire on the apartments has also been torn.

Great Location close to the Marina, buggy was great to have to get around, stunning views from the deck, comfy couch, and plenty of space for the whole family.

Shower tiles need repair. Garage door unlockable used screw driver. No lid for steamer pot, no egg flipper for fry pans not enough toilet paper 2 rolls 1 week for 8 people insufficient.

Location, view, and sunset was highlight. Accomodation was very comfortable. We loved our accommodation just a few things needed attention.

We are group of 6 but only got 1 buggy (for 4) so was not convenient when go out. They also don’t provide any basic pantry (I.e. oil or salt)

No Air con in the living room, you couldn’t open up the doors/windows to let the breeze in because they were old and broken and the cockatoos would come in- so couldn’t sit in the living room with the heat. Needs a pest spray- too many cockroaches running around in the bedrooms Very old appliances- kettle/iron etc

The views, location and layout of the house was perfect. The pool was beautiful and the use of the buggy was great! Beds were comfortable

Excellent location with great views. Very clean and well equipped property. We like the layout giving direct access to the balconies, good sized bathrooms and bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Very well equipped kitchen. Good valet service with friendly and helpful staff. Our first stay here but definitely not the last!

The property is very dusty at the time we come, there is no vacuum machine to clean the property. The air-con in second bedroom is very lousy and the ceiling fan at living room not working. I contacted the property manager and he said someone will be there soon to fix the issue but nobody showed up until we left

It’s close to everything and the view from the balcony is so good. Well equipped kitchen and the beds is comfortable.

The kitchen could have been more equipped with essentials like oil, salt and pepper and more dishwasher tabs etc would have been appreciated. The dishwasher wasnt in great condition. Note that the windows don’t have glass and are just shutters and screens so it can be noisy.

We stayed for 6 nights with my family (6 adults and one child). The house was a great fit with the master bedroom and large bathroom upstairs and other bedrooms and another bathroom downstairs. It is a large space, and has beautiful views over the water. We had a mixed bag with the weather, given the time of year, but we did use the pool a little bit. The free buggy is a great addition.
