Kitchenware were chip $15 worths big w items. Can't even use them to cook. Old TV if you are thinking to spent some good movie time ignore the stay. Only one bed has air co system so if you are visiting durinh winter prepare to buy heater before you reach. They don't provide housekeeping for stay less than 7 days so take vaccum cleaner with you if you are travelling with kids. Double bed were joind two single beds which moves from one corner to another corner everytime you jump on the bed. Freedge does not work properly so never store food in these freedge.

Not a didn't like just some points to take into consideration. Parking is tight but we drive a kia carnival Beds and couch are hard. They need upgrading to be comfortable for more people's liking The fridge beeps when you open it so midnight munchies might wake people up It wasn't the worse place to stay. Room for improvement definitely. I would stay again and just bring a matress topper with me to make it a bit more comfortable.

Super friendly front reception. While this accomadation is well used it was clean enough. Some of the reviews were brutal. For the price you pay I thought it was reasonable. Shower is amazing!!!! Super hot and fantastic pressure. I'm plus size and squeezed in. If you bigger then a size 22 you may not fit.the other rooms may have different shaped showers. Beds and couch could do with upgrading. To a softer firmness. If you like hard beds and couches you will love what's available now. Found super soft and warm blankets to put on the couch as cushioning. I think with a little upgrade this accommodation would bring back repeat customers. It's in a great location. Took hubby and kids 30 mins to walk to rod lava. Road noise was minimal and was very quiet at night. You do hear doors slamming but by 9ish it settled down. Hungry and kebab place at the end of the street was handy for snacks after the concert. Door dash only took 15 mins to get to us on a Saturday night.

The cupboards, bathroom sink, toilet, flooring, paintwork, window blinds and fastenings were below par. The talking and noise in the corridor and neighbouring rooms from the other guests was uncomfortably loud and disruptive. Construction on the neighbouring property started at 7am weekdays.

The beds were comfortable. Trams and IGA supermarket were easy walk, very close and handy for city travel. NIce walks with a park nearby, nice mix of architecture in neighbouring streets.

Our front door of apt 9 swung open a few times even though we had closed it. One of the blinds railings was hanging off the mount when we had arrived alongside the cracks in many of the walls but that is to be expected for an older building. A few of our towels and linen had some questionable stains from previous uses. Not sure if the pictures of the apartment building were even in the photo gallery as I was under the assumption it was the one building which was on 179 Powlett Street. Due to majority of the pictures being modern type rooms at said building. Aside from these couple of inconveniences the property itself was good.

was very close melbourne central and surrounding areas/activities, cozy and easy to get checked in and out.

The bathroom was dirty after we checked in, dirt and some hair in the sink, with stuff (e.g. a crusty back of an earring) on the floor. The shower screen didn't appear washed, and one side of the queen bed in the main bedroom was lopsided towards the floor, resulting in a poor night sleep trying not to fall out of the bed. The apartment was very basic and pretty rundown.

The location was great, walking distance if you had the time (15-20 minute walks) or cheaper ubers ($10-15) around the CBD and to our event.
