The sofa bed was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on, it wasn’t made up even thought the room was booked for 3 people and there were only 2 towels

Too cold, even with both heaters on. WIFI not explained. Toilet sistern broken- making loud noise every 5 minutes. Couldn’t get tv or wifi to work. No car parking onsite - paid $52 for 24 hours.

Situated right in the CBD, close to public transport. Good security. Clean. Lifts work. Complimentary water on arrival.

It wasn't clean at all, the microwave wasn't even plugged in and the paint work needs a lot of improvement.

When we turned up to the apartment and got into the room, the bathroom had USED condom in the bin and there empty alcohol bottles left outside on the air conditioner box. So it wasn’t entirely cleaned or checked before we arrived and went in.

Location was very good, key access and getting in and out of hotel was good and easy to use.

Lights were bright with no dimmers. A lamp would be helpful. Heater was a bit noisy. Blankets wood also be good.

On the nights I stayed it felt a a bit like a university student dorm. People in rooms nearby were having a party and talking loudly in the corridor; there was a fire alarm and it’s just a little dingy in common areas. I was surprised there was only a folding wooden chair to sit on - or you sit on the bed all the time. The space is very tight.

Great location and decent price. It was adequate for my needs but not amazing. Having lots of restaurants and a Woolworths Metro nearby was great. It’s on a tram line and close to Queen Victoria Market.

The common area of the apartment smells. Noise from the street was still loud with the window shut. Not suitable for light sleepers.

The bed is comfy. Fully equipped kitchen.

Lots of things.

Firstly, tried to cancel the final night, within the time limit allowed, but the site kept saying it wasn't possible. Impression was the administrators were very new to the job. 4 adults staying, beds very comfortable but only two chairs for the table. No kitchen equipment. 3 tea bags, 3 knives. 2 forks, 4 spoons. sufficient crockery. no tea towels. needed a different wifi code for each device, but we weren't told that to start with. everything except the cutlery was supplied, but we had to go to reception to ask for it each day. The staff were nice and helpful but didn't appear to know what to do. One of our group is Indian and could talk to them. We stayed only 6 nights and I think a refund for the final night would be appropriate. We left as we were moving on to stay with family, told reception when we arrived but he said it was nothing to do with them. All in all I don't feel we could recommend this accommodation.

The tv was small and only had free to air, the space was very small, I stayed somewhere with a much bigger space and better view last time at about the same price. A place like this should be cheaper. Also the payment options were confusing.

Traffic and construction noise art night

3 days into our trip, found out the couch was bed bug infested. The place needs thorough cleaning. Tho the good part of it is, it is close to the city and nearby tram and train station.

Quite smelly especially in the hallways. Would have been nice to be told up front that rooms get cleaned every 2nd day. Only one plug in kitchen and it was up high so made using the kettle and toaster a bit tricky.

Great location and great price range. Bed setup was perfect for our needs.
