Booked the space as it was advertised with a bath however there was no bath in the space (for toddler). Lack of sink for dishes a bit of a challenge as well.

Space was clean and comfortable. Could see the effort that had gone into making it comfotable.

A cosy room with what is needed in a motel. Smart TV was a big plus. Comfortable and very tidy and clean. Check in & check out was smooth. The owner was very welcoming and communicated well.

The rooms were great. The staff were friendly and helpful, always around ready to help. The motels location is ideal for anyone who is visiting Warnaambool, close to the shops and CBD and still in a quieter street.

From the friendly welcome from Ross in reception, my room was so spacious and very clean. it was great to have a table and chairs to have dinner etc on, plus cutlery, plates, bowls to wine and drinking glasses. A whole heap of coffee and teas, hot chocolate and biscuits. The room has two sofa chairs as well, and fantastic water pressure in the bathroom as well, a win win for me ! I planned to stay two nights, but ended up staying another as it was so relaxing, quiet and the bed was so comfortable ! I definitely will visit again.

Not enough parking. Not guaranteed a parking space near room, as there were second storey rooms as well as ground floor.

Wifi was a bit unstable but we just had to use our mobile data, which was not a big deal.

Whilst we never met him in person, Rob (owner) was super friendly via text from the moment we made a booking. My friend's room had a slight problem with the bathroom sink but it was quickly dealt with. The housekeeping staff were also lovely! They did a great job keeping the room clean and tidy. Despite not having a kitchen, the room had basic facilities (incl. a microwave oven, a toaster, a kettle, plates, bowls and cutleries) which allowed us to have simple breakfast in the room. The location was great and we could walk to all amenities including cafes for our morning coffees. My friends, visiting from overseas, liked that the motel was opposite McDonald's and went there for breakfast.

Bathroom a bit dated but clean. Not really enough parking for the number of cars. Once parked we didn’t dare move

The room was big enough with a queen and single bed and table and 2 chairs. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The room and bathroom are dated but the new owner says he is in the process of updating them. It is well located, however you would need a car to get the restaurants down near the waterfront.

It’s a night stop type of place. No facilities. If the car park is full, you must find parking nearby.

The air-con is a bit too noisy even on the lower setting and it was hard for us to sleep through instead of boiling!

Good basic motel, easy check in/out and close to lots of food options in town. Very good for one night stay.
