You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Great apartment in the centre of the city - easy to walk everywhere within the CBD. Supermarket just around the corner. Very clean and staff were very friendly. 24 hour reception which is great if doing late check in.

Amazing location with everything you need on your doorstep. A perfect place to stay for a theatre night or weddings. It was more spacious than I expected, with really comfortable bedding, and the car parking option was very easy. For a place in the middle of the city it was still very quiet and relaxing.

We had a great stay. The staff were lovely and helpful. We even got a free upgrade. The room was nice for the price. Nice shower and comfortable bed. The location is excellent for the theatre district. Plenty of great places to eat nearby and close to public transport.

AustraliaAs I mentioned earlier, the room is a bit outdated. The walls and cupboards should be repainted and the carpet NEEDS to be changed. Also, there is no room slippers so it was a bit uncomfortable to walk barefoot. While there are body wash and shampoo+conditioner, toothpaste (even a small one) is non-existent.
Location was perfect! I was able to walk to different areas in the CBD and Chinatown, and it's close to tram stations and other food areas. The room was average - clean, but a bit outdated. Overall facilities are well-kept and clean, from the lobby to the hallways and the rooms. It was great that there is a free coffee as well when guests arrived or in the morning. I appreciate the receptionists as all of them are amazing and really personable.
