Unit had limited, crockery, cutlery and glasses, was speedily rectified by management

Comfortable cabin located right next to the beach, also close to the main center, staff were very friendly and accommodating, there is a good restaurant on site.

Very impersonal very much ship in ship out situation with automated communication. Some might prefer that though. Expensive for one night we booked a cabin and room and absolutely no flexibility with the 10.00am check out but understandable if busy.

Fabulous location walking distance from beach and town. Large room, easily enough space for 2 adults, 2 kids, comfy beds. Online checkin/checkout process was great to save time not having to check in at reception, keyless entry really helpful with multiple people staying in the room. I loved the location, was in the main part of cowrs very close to everything even the beach but also how quiet it was, the check in and out was super easy just competed via a link which honestly the best thing i’ve come across.

Playground could do with a wipe down every morning as it was very wet and sandy when we went for a 6:30am play.. was too cold to get damp, wouldn't have mattered later in the day Other than that absolutely no faults. Was a great stay

Loved the self check in process. Made it easy for us with a toddler who needed a nap right on arrival to just head straight to the room and settle in rather than queue at reception and check in. Loved the car parks at the rooms Room was clean

Property not very clean sand on couch and lollies under couch and ants everywhere. Half a toilet roll for 3 people for 4 days was not enough and no more in the cabin. Had to supply our own as ran out after office closed. Spa also dirty and lots of unsupervised children at the pool.

Nothing not to like. The place is quite basic but everything we need for a comfortable stay is there. Our room was infront of the BBQ area, just too noisy at night there should be a curfew for using the space since the rooms aren’t really soundproof

Good location just a few meters from the beach. Rooms are spacious, clean, have the basic necessities. Soft and huge beds.

It's such a pity the jumping pilow was taken out, my daughter loved it. The replacement playground is fine, but just the same as you'd find anywhere else- not a special holiday treat like the jumping pillow was.

We love it here, the beach access and proximity to the centre of Cowes is the perfect combination
