Needs new beds - very uncomfortable, toilet brush and can opener are rusted - these are cheap and would make such a difference, tap in bath runs everywhere and the knob falls off, there was a pee stain on the master bathroom wall when we arrived which was gross, the toiletries hanger was on the tap so you couldn’t turn the water on fully without removing it. Kitchen sink rusted, windows so dirty it was not a clear view outside, the remote for the fan in the master bedroom just falls apart, and the carpet looked dirty (our feet were dark from walking on it) which was off putting.

The view was beautiful, nicely furnished, close to attractions.

The unit itself felt very tired. Furnishings were fine, very comfortable sofa and beds, but the fittings were very dated.

The location of the unit is exceptional. Gorgeous views from every window over the beach and Broadwater. The complex is very well presented and the pool and spa area are lovely. Easy walking distance to all the cafes and restaurants of Tedder Ave.

I really can't think of anything that could have been done better or that was missing. The undercover parking was convenient, the resort was super clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

This hidden little gem is nestled right on the beach, close to cafes for breakfast and spoilt for choice for lunch and dinner. The resort grounds are luxurious and extremely well-equipped grass tennis court, crystal clear pool and warm spa as well as clean bright change rooms including a steam room. Covered BBQ area is part of the outside entertainment and includes outdoor kitchen and glass front fridge. Being right on the beach, the views are expansive, drawing your eyes out to whales, sailing boats and paragliders. Plenty of paved parkland just off the beach to walk, jog, ride or entertain the kids.

The apartment No 53 is in need of an upgrade, painting etc. Nothing serious, it just looked a bit tired. Lots of instruction manuals but none for the cook top. Would have been very useful if there had been some extra chux cloths and cleaning spray, without having to buy some. There was water on the bathroom floor around the toilet and bath tub from time to time. Noticed initially when we first arrived before the toilet and shower/bath used. Then happened a couple of other times while we were there.

The location and apartment was spacious and clean. The staff were very obliging and friendly.

Sliding door rubbers need replacing we were on the 25th floor with ocean view and it was very windy it was loud while trying to sleep

Not enough basics for a family of 5 people. More complimentary shampoo, conditioner and shower soap needed.

Our initial apartment was 'budget' which I didn't realise when I booked - it wasn't clear that I was booking a sub-grade apartment with minimal airconditioning, faults and that hadn't been renovated in over 30 years. The images on the booking.com site are of the better apartments. I requested an upgrade and the staff were amazing in organising a quick changeover. The new apartment was perfect - including aircon in each bedroom and everything in working order.

Staff were helpful and let us use the pool facilities when we needed to train out later. Pool was awesome, rooms were.beautiful. location perfect. Was a strange smell outside the room, sounded like they were going to fix which is good. Small changes wud have made a big difference- having hooks for towels in the bathroom and a curtain so it's not porno mirror situation when you shower lol. Wish I got app with 2 dbl beds not single beds but that was my mistake. Def would stay again.

No air con in the bedrooms. One of the bedrooms was extremely hot despite having ceiling fans. Ceiling fan in master bedroom did not work and the cooling fan in replacement of this didn’t work well.

Well located, clean. Nice views. Well equipped.

The tv was not working or maybe we didn’t figure it out. There was no AC in the rooms and there was one old fan that is not really strong enough.

The location was superb very close to the beach and the views were great.
