In our room only one of the bedside lamps were working. Despite being advertised as afamily room the room was very crowded and it wwe felt very claustrophobic. This would have been ok for a shorter period of time but was a bit much for 5 days. There were not enough power outlets and I had to buy my own double adaptor so we had enough power cords to charge all our devices. The little storage area was excellent though and was very helpful for storing our bags. The whole experience would have benefitted from the addition of a toaster.

The location was amazing and there were so many public transport options available very close by. There were a large number of takeaway food options close by as well as a number of cooffee shops. Also very close by was 2 woolworths supermarkets which was very helpful

The wi-fi connection was poor - it kept dropping out. Better pillows on the bed would be good. It is noisy near that intersection but not a lot you can do about that apart from wear ear plugs!

Floor could have been a bit cleaner under one of the beds there was a empty sugar packet and sugar was left on one of the shelves in the cupboard

No extra pillows. Air con was not throwing out a lot of heat. Blanket from wardrobe was a little ratty but did the job. Would have loved a toaster but there are shops very close

Great bed!! Very comfortable. Unfortunately there were no extra pillows but the cushions from bed helped. Having a lift is a bonus. Bathroom very nice and great shower. Friendly staff.

The shower area was a bit mouldy and needed a good bleaching. While the staff in the rooms were exceptional, that is something that staff need extra time to go over. Other than that, it was the best.

included parking is a superbonus. Very competitive pricewise. Staff super friendly and helpful. Lots of public transport options available at doorstep. Lots of shops and eateries in the area. Laundry available to wash and dry.

This is a basic hotel with all conveniences.. nothing special for a holiday, but perfect for an overnight stay or two.

Great location, especially for easy car access and free parking. The check-in/check-out was easy and quick. The room was basic, but clean. Easy walking distance to all amenities and a Japanese restaurant on site. The free secured parking on-site was a bonus to me

I am disappointed at the price increases. I thought that it was good value, but I would not pay above 120 dollars for a room here. I had to walk quite a bit from the car park to my room..

The receptionist was cordial. The room was sizeable. There were interesting restaurants within the vicinity. The microwave was convenient. Equally, the 11am check-out.

Air conditioning was slow to warm the room. But this was a minor issue. It's possible that rooms closer to main road might be noisier. My room at the back was quiet.

For a 3 star hotel in was surprised at how good it was. Clean, tidy, quiet. Bed was comfortable. Shower was amazing. I had a room right at the back.
