Room was filthy, covered in previous stays pubic hairs all over bathroom, mould, floors dirty, sink dirty, pool empty and had booked it specifically for the pool, no heads up. Druggos hanging around everywhere , wouldn’t suggest leaving your room alone at night and beware parking your car in hotel parking, very dodgy.

Unfortunately first room we got was dirty with towels still everywhere and a pair of men’s boxers in the middle of the room, seemed as tho it hadn’t been cleaned after last person checked out

It appears housing commission are living here. They were loud and look like they're on drugs. My Tesla alerted me numerous times when people were looking into the car multiple nights. The plumbing sings loudly when people are using the water. Woke me multiple times. This is not holiday accommodation its a half way house for loosers.

On arrival - it's run down & looks grotty, we wondered if we made a mistake. The pool wasn't available- it was under repair. The bbq wasn't usable. The tennis court wasn't operational. The bedroom windows weren't clean. We didn't have enough cups for the 3 of us (2 cups & 2 glasses). There wasn't a spoon or a stirrer for cuppas.

Our room was clean. The staff were pleasant. The other room was revamped and truly delightful with a balcony looking over the pool.

The property is run down but you can see they are trying to upgrade like the pool they are working on that but didn’t appreciate the guy that was sanding the paint off the pool started just as we checked in the noise and his loud music was not nice. Couldn’t sit out on the balcony plus he started again around 8pm on a Monday night that was weird

The pool was empty. No tv, no working aircon. Beds rocked when laying on them. Hotel looked nothing like the photos, the whole hotel could use some TLC.

WILL NEVER RECOMMEND!!! The room was run down and dirty. Mould in the bathroom walls and on the shower curtains. Stains on sheet and the room smelled sweaty. Sliding door was old and rusty. Booked for 2 nights but only stayed for one.

had to change rooms as aircon didn’t work, then next room shower was lucky to have a drizzle of water come out and the tap dripped really bad also couldn’t watch the TV as it kept glitching constantly. had a maintenance guy just walk into the room without even a knock and he wasn’t called by me as he came to the wrong room and being a female on her own this was quite scary. Felt unsafe as they didn’t close any of the main doors so any random could come through any part of the corridors on each level. Also had kids running riot through the afternoon and evening letting off multiple stink bombs and then also deciding to the play knock and run late in the evening. The whole facility was a wreck

Room was clean but walls need a quick touch up paint in a few spots otherwise lying in bed the view and walls n bed was pleasant to look at . Bathroom Bathroom needs grout silicone removed as mouldy . Otherwise bearable and ok Pool was being re done Outside road needs repair but ok Bricks in front of fence look like they are falling down.

Fantastic location I had a great one night stay Because of the location n was cheap n fun night out with a friend . It was a bright n sunny room with some water n pine tree views which made me feel happy. If you are after a cheap room for travelling and are out alot its good enough.
