Onsite car parking spaces a little too tight for people with accessibility needs

The location was perfect. It was within walking distance to shops, fishing, rivers, cruises, and picnic areas.

It was quiet , bed was comfortable, having cafe and restaurant to go to onsite after a big drive was convenient and less stressful.

TV in bedroom did not have a remote, when one was supplied only for netflix etc, but tv would not accept, so that was disappointing, and tv in lounge had text on it all the time, i would cut it out, but came up each time chanel was changed

view over the back/side of the property, car park and bins, could just see the lake from our room, but other wise room very comfortable. Pool looked good, too cold for outdoor pool, and inside one looked good, but full of kids, I didnt realise when booking it was still school holidays,. Loved the happy hour drinks, and we ate in the restaurant twice, and food was excellent.

Police had road blocked with the .o5 cars and had to walk across main rd to the entrance as no car parks at front of entrance a/v

Small issue was no ceiling fans in the bedrooms or air conditioning. There was air conditioning in the living areas

The room view was not what we expected, there is no air-conditioning in the room and one in the living room is not sufficient, especially during summer. I had to ask the fan on the 2nd day but 1st night we didn't have proper sleep.

Non-functioning tv in the bedroom - the remote wouldn't work.

Room with a view of the pool was great. Well equipped, clean apartment. Good quiet location. Aldi was a 5 minute walk for food,drinks, etc.

Mattress to firm and bedrooms to hit - need fan or aircon in the bedroom

Room was great, clean but mattress was to firm and could of had either a fam or air con in bedrooms as was to hot at night to sleep comfortably Service at the restaurant but young curly blonde girl was absolutely fantastic- friendly, helpful Don’t know her name sorry

When we were there there was a huge typhoon and the whole town had a blackout. Since the doors were electronic, some people couldn’t go in the building stuck outside due to their cards not working or the door sensor weren’t working. Lift wasn’t working too and the 2 buildings somehow weren’t connected so to get in from outside we had to go out again under the strong rain into the storm then run to the other door. Was dangerous and so inconvenient for us. No emergency light in the room and no generator. their restaurant stopped serving food due to the blackout too so we weren’t able to have dinner that night since we couldn’t move around with the typhoon. Staff not even apologetic that we can no longer have dinner. So we slept in the dark on empty stomach. Not a good experience. Please provide emergency light for each apartment

Great location just walking distance from the main town center, many restaurants nearby, grocery too. Amenities were great, our room feels like home away from home, it has everything we need and huge in size too. Pool and SPA were fantastic.

Very spacious apartment with great 360 degree views. Large TV with access the streaming services for a rainy day!

The lift not working for a day. I know these things can happen but having to walk up 4 floors with a dodgy ankle was not pleasant. Car park situation, I get that it’s first in best dressed, but shouldn’t you atleast have enough parka to cater for guests. Parking on the street is not acceptable.
