See above -- the noise in the second room.

The first room was excellent, and they were able to find us another room for the last three nights, which was very good. Unfortunately, the second room had a rattling noise which started up in the middle of the night. Maintenance were able to muffle it, but not eliminate it entirely. Tim, the manager, kindly gave us a discount for those nights, because of sleep disruption caused by the noise at night.

All hotels of this caliber have TVs that have Foxtel channels like ESPN. Wanted to watch the NBL grand final game 5 of Melbourne v Tas and couldn’t. The chromecast signal was unreliable when trying to do this. The room supposed to have 2 queens it was two doubles and one was against the wall the room wasn’t big enough for the two beds. Bathtub shower you have to really step up to get into it

The pool is small and was fairly cold for an indoor pool. But the pool/spa open hours were extensive. The bed was a bit too soft for my liking. The parking is offsite, however is only a short walk from the hotel, but the car park spaces are very narrow.

The location is perfect for central CBD ease of walking around, accessing Rundle Mall, enjoying the night-life, and accessing public transport. The room was made up by housekeeping each day. Our room was top floor, so was relatively quiet given closeness of some bars.

The view was not anything to rave about!

I liked the spaciousness, cleanliness of the room and, though not modern, the quality and functionality of the furniture. The location was great for getting around Adelaide CBD on foot, and bus to airport. All forms of transport were easily available' Cafes and restaurants were close by, as well as a French restaurant on site. Gym was well fitted. The attractive foyer provided a nice area for sitting.

I did have an issue with my initial room. It smelt of cigarettes even though a non-smoking establishment. I asked reception if I had been given the correct room. They confirmed I had but wanted me to he happy so changed the room to one which was much nicer.

I liked the location for Adelaide and for visiting Adelaide fringe performances. Travelling on my own, this was important to me. The staff were friendly and accommodating and always made a point of greeting me.

Location: rundle mall shopping, hindley street dining and nightlife plus tram or bus free public transport are right on your doorstep. Customer service: the reception staff are very friendly and helpful and the room service was quick for dinner and punctual with the breakfast service also. Room: my executive suite i booked was the perfect size for harmony between the different rooms in the suite. I especially loved relaxing in the 2 seater sofa in the lounge area. Food: Both the breakfast and dinner options for in room dining were exceptional with a great selection of French inspired food. Mini bar had a good mix of interesting drinks and a vast selection of teas or coffee options. Coffee pod machine also for an early morning wake up followed by a decadent latte with the breakfast service. Random Highlights: The In room phone next to the bed also had a USB port to charge your iPhone. Opening my curtains to see a bustling urban city centre looking at Currie street while I sip my morning coffee.
