There were no criticisms. the hardest part was using the gate.

The provisions left in the kitchen were above and beyond expectations. In essence, nothing was spared. I have stayed in this location 10 years ago and it is still one of the best accommodations.

We really liked the view , the garden and the great comfort of the apartment. The breakfast provided with fresh eggs and homemade jam. Beate has a great eye for little details which make a difference : nice collection of teas and coffees, candles, magazines.

Perfect, well equipped comfortable apartment overlooking the beautiful Bay. This is an exceptional B&B. Bea provided a warm welcome with afternoon tea, loads of extra touches like in the well stocked kitchen. Loose leaf tea, porridge, homemade jam and even marshmallows and hot chocolate. Everything has been thought of to make this a lovely stay. Only a few mins drive into Cygnet, very quiet and beautiful gardens. Perfect for a few days away. Thank you!

Beautiful accommodation in a stunning location. Beate was a friendly and helpful host. Respecting our privacy but very responsive and obliging. The little apartment is a completely separate part of the house. The views accross to the garden and water are lovely.. Comfortable with absolutely everything you could want. Totally recommend.

A beautiful BnB with so many gorgeously thoughtful touches. Beate is terrific andmade our stay special. We loved the vegan biscuits! That bedroom is pure magic. Recommend staying two nights if you can. We are so glad we did.

this house is set on a beautiful property. it’s very secluded from neighbours and noise. and it offers a great unwind from Sydney. the owner, Beate was very warm and hospitable. She advised us where we should go as well as eat, which was so helpful. nothing was an issue for her. the whole area we stayed in was clean and comfortable. breakfast was thoughtful and healthy! we appreciated the fruit on the table. we were sad to leave after 2 nights. it was a good place to base ourselves to explore the south side of Hobart.

Absolutely gorgeous accomodation in our own apartment. Wonderfully comfortable bed, the bedrooom was to die for as was the beautiful bathroom in fact we loved everything in our Green Gables accomodation. The delicious cake and all the other treats were very much appreciated. Highly recommended!

Beate was lovely! We had a lovely breakfast for the days we were there provided for us! The place was beautifully decorated- the rooms were nice and warm as well! Beate welcomed us the day we got there and gave us some delicious home made cake for our morning tea. The day we were leaving we got the chance to see the doggies which was an extra bonus (: Lovely stay - not to mention it was perfect location to see family and also for our 6 year anniversary (: Thank you for the lovely stay!

Lovely extra touches - thought of everything. Fridge well stocked & yummy muffins - eggs from chickens on property. Really clean & comfortable. - Great bed & beautiful linen. Beate was very friendly & helpful. I felt very safe here which is so important when travelling alone.
