The service is excellent and it's quiet and clean. The room is trendy as well. The mini bar is free and it got refilled everyday during our stay. The location is perfect too, it's a 10 minute walk to the CBD.

Almost slightly too dark for someone with sight challenges. I found this aspect quite difficult. Rooms very small.

Everything was amazing. Loved the vibe, loved the choice & range of lighting, stylish, attention to detail in furnishings & decor & build. So lovely to stay in an interesting hotel that challenges all your senses but is strangely comforting at the same time.

The inroom Fridge was inadequate, when we introduced some of our own items to get cold it actually warmed the fridge up so everything ended up not cold. It didn't get cold till later on that night and was told it's not like your average fridge in the way it supposed to get things cold. ???? Needed some Power Outlets near the bed or some USB outlets in more convenient locations.

Room was large enough, well laid out. Enough hanging room and a place to put your suitcase. Alexa didn't work really well but still an interesting addition. Shower was great, nice and big. Loved the remote blinds and the subdued lighting.

As others have mentioned the lighting is intentionally dark. If you like large windows with natural light this accommodation isn’t for you. Free mini bar is great but drinks a bit caffeine heavy - a mineral water or lemonade option would be great instead of cokes and red bull.

Lovely clean modern hotel a short walk into central ANU. The bar area is great for evening drinks or a morning coffee catch up with friends. The vegetarian breakfast spread is nice - the first morning the scrambled eggs weren’t replenished and dry but the next morning were great.

Would have been great if free parking was part of your room tariff.

Loved the bar area & restaurant food was excellent. The architecture & decor of the hotel has a great appeal.

Bed was a little soft for my back. Bathroom lighting is abysmal for doing makeup. TV mounted a little low.

Very nice hotel at a good price on this occasion. Just a 1 night visit, we didn't eat the hotel but the veggie menus looked great! Usually this hotel is booked out when we are in Canberra.

It was super dark & I had issues with the shower head.

Very accommodating and nice to stay in. It was really easy to be comfortable in the rooms and I had everything I needed.

the fact that the fridge was broken and the free mini bar stuff supplied was not cold. Managed to be moved to a different room only to find out that the fridge in the new room was not turned on either. After requesting it to be turned on things were better.

Wish it had a pool or family rooms

Considered interiors, beautiful materials throughout the building. Loved the cinema downstairs as an easy entertainment option and the delicious modern vegetarian restaurant. All products used were ethical and carefully considered.

Not enough light in the bathroom - impossible to do makeup. Lots of scaffolding around the building which did ruin the vibe a bit.

Though all rooms were accessible, they are not designed well for wheelchair access inside the rooms and this was confusing at booking. Restaurant was excellent, but portion sizes were a bit variable

The lights are very dim everywhere. It creates a great mood but it is no good for makeup application! Also for a higher end hotel the sheets were like scratchy hospital sheets and beds were very hot.

A very unique hotel with interesting design and finishes. Fantastic location next to the lake.
