The location was excellent and close to major attractions. The in room breakfast is a good idea and was sufficient for two people.

would have liked to have 3 single beds instead of king and single. Pillows were lumpy/ hard. dish cloth to wash dishes and wipe benches would be good addition. squeeze bottle in shower hard to operate with arthritic hands.

Breakfast- the food is left in your room which is perfect EXCEPT the bread is wrapped in cling film. Maybe there could be a better option in how to supply the bread

Location looking onto Hyde Park, couldn't get better at the price. Amazing views over the city. It's actually quite hotel to stay in considering its in the heart of the city. Very good nights sleep.

Dishes were still in the dishwasher when we arrived and we found a cold cup of tea in the microwave so the cleaning staff could have done a better job. Also 3 adults and one child staying in the apartment and we only received 3 sets of towels despite requesting extra.

The location was great. Straight across the road from Museum Station and within walking distance of the shops. Very easy walk to Circular Quay and Darling Harbour. Beds were comfortable. Front of house staff were very friendly.

Only thing was that some of the car parking spots are rather small.

Spacious and clean room. Fantastic location, very close to public transport, shops, eateries - all within walking distance. Fantastic view over Hyde Park and the city skyline, and so pleasant to be just across the road from green open space. Botanic Gardens, Opera House all within walking distance too. Great having a kitchenette, and extra good having breakfast supplied at no extra cost. Car parking also free.

Room was on the smaller side and furniture was a bit random but didn't hate it!

Good location, perfectly in the middle of the city to get everywhere. Was staying here for the weekend for a wedding. Was quite basic for the price but suited us perfectly.

Can’t really think of anything negative to say.

Fantastic location right opposite the train station, a short journey into the central station. Get an Opal card for tap on and tap off, you can use it on the trains,tram and ferry. public transport is really good. lovely park right opposite and plenty of shops and places to eat on the doorstep. We went to Uluru for 1 night and stayed here before and after and they held our luggage for us as it was hand luggage only on the flight. Really exceeded our expectations.

The breakfast did not really deserve the name. It consisted of 4 slices of white toast, 2 small cups with apple juice, two small cups with canned fruits, and 2 little containers with milk for 2 adults.

Very spacious room with amazing view onto hyde park from the 12th floor that we were on. Could keep our luggage at the hotel after checking out until coming back around 5pm. Train station right in front of the hotel, though sometimes it was easier to walk to another station a bit further away for better connections. Coffee and tea provided in the kitchen.

The room is spacious enough for 3 adults and their luggage, the light breakfast ingredients provided are a nice touch, the decor is modern and the standard of cleanliness high. The position directly opposite Hyde Park and a few steps from Museum Station is ideal for a city stay, and the window with it's balcony overlooking the park is restful. The staff are courteous and respond to any queries or problems promptly.

The elevators were a little small. The parking was also tight.

The location was exceptional. Just around the corner from everything. The room was just what we needed and the balcony was so nice. Considering we were in the middle of the city, could not hear any traffic. Definitely be returning.

There was someone’s T-shirt left inside the cabinet, suggesting that the room may not have been thoroughly cleaned or checked by staff prior to check in.

Located about a 10min walk away from Central station. Room and bathroom is spacious. Several charing outlets beside bed and desk.
