Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

ThailandI don't know what happened with the tap in the shower room which I already turn off after finished but the tap is still dripping, and I found a dirty point on sofa.
I like staff, they are so nice and have service mind. they can keep my luggage before check-in time, and also did the early check-in and late check out for me. The location is not too bad, is quiet zone and have a convenient store opposite the hotel.

AustraliaThere was a large cockroach that ran out from under our bed, which was really unsettling. We spent the next three nights not wanting to leave our luggage open on the floor. there was also a large amount of mould under the beds, which was disgusting. there is also no shampoo or conditioner, just a 3 in one, face wash, shampoo/conditioner and hand wash. I promise you right now that something the cleans your hair does not clean your face. just felt a little lacking on the ammenities.
the staff were lovely and polite. they went out of their way to accomodate myself and my friends, as I work for Accor. I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to locate, and how central it was.

AustraliaIt was generally clean but found a cockroach in the bathroom. Also after being given a long term carpark pass, we still had to pay an additional $65 when we left which was already paid for in the hotel stay.
It was close to everything in and around the city. Added bonus of the CNY fireworks right in front of the hotel was a bonus.

AustraliaFor what we got room wise it should have been cheaper - city hotels only think upper class people travel, box room definitely not worth over $1500 for 2 nights. Lack of staff and slow service for bar and coffee. Ironing board broken. Bathroom needs upgrade.
Proximity to light rail, harbour, city centre, beds and pillows, bar when you could get a seat, view from our room exceptional, reception staff great.
