A beautiful and tranquil retreat in the Barossa. Our spacious apartment including a gorgeous sitting room and dining area was beautifully decorated and the bed was super comfy. For those wanting to do a little self catering, crockery, cutlery, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and frig were provided. Happy hour drinks a lovely added extra.

We came back from our day out to find that our room had not been serviced, we had to make the bed and there were no facilities to wash any crockery or glasses up, disappointing for the price we paid.

This place is an absolute gem. I'm so glad we stayed at least two nights, but 3 0r 4 would have been even better. Located less than ten minutes from Tanunda but quite a way down a gravel road, it is quiet and very serene. Like a slice of Tuscany in the Barossa. The stone buildings and gardens were enchanting. The weather was fabulous and so after a day of sightseeing and wine tasting the pool was very much appreciated, as were the BBQ, facilities.. If you are looking for somewhere special to stay to enhance your Barossa experience then this is it.

We couldn’t fault anything during our brief stay

It was very peaceful and located close to what we had planned on our short visit. Due to being very busy we didn’t walk around the grounds till the morning of our departure. Very beautiful and rustic, reminded us of our recent visit to Tuscany

The bed was uncomfortable and the mattress was a little lumpy. It was the only downside to the accommodation, otherwise I would have given it a 10/10.

The accomodation was luxurious. The pool area & gardens were amazing. Location was close to all wineries that we wanted to visit. Also only 5 mins drive from Tanunda that had many restaurants & cafes

It was beautiful. Charming suite and lovely gardens. We had a nice spa and the bed was very comfortable. It was quiet but not so remote to town.

With a beautiful ground and well looked-after garden, we enjoyed a quiet and luxurious stay. The room was comfortable and warm, beautiful bathroom with an amazing spa bath. We would love to go back again sometime soon.

It was a little tired in the bathroom (the cupboard doors were chipped and same inside the wardrobe) but we managed to look past this as the accomodation provided everything we needed. I would have liked to see large refillable bottles of shower wash/shampoo rather than the little disposable type which create excess plastic waste.

The accomodation was so spacious & the bed was big and comfortable. Lots of space in the sitting room to relax. Eclectic decor which gave the cottage heaps of character. The outside space was both private and enchanting.
