Very homely, extremely well equipped and stocked. When a problem occurred, our wonderful host was immediately contactable and resolved the problem though it was caused by an outside agent. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend.

Beautiful clean house, bed was really comfortable, would be great for people with children, friendly sheep who will come say hello .

Absolutely nothing at all

Jo was so lovely upon arrival. The house is so beautifully decorated and she has it set up wonderfully, with the fire cranking by the time we got there, so the house was so warm. The fridge and pantry is stacked with everything you could need. We would definitely recommend this to anyone from a family with young kids to a group of couples wanting a great holiday in the bush for a really reasonable price.

It’s a lovely home away from home. We were greeted by Jo and her hospitality and thoughtfulness made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Two sweet ewes in the paddock were also welcoming and very happy to see us in the morning and whenever we came home from going out. It was a treat to give them some hay and a pat.

Should stay more than one night.

The service is impeccable. House is clean and has a beautiful view. My friends and I thought it would be more beautiful in summer time. Generous amount of foods. Very thoughtful like preparing extra extension cord. Bed was comfty. Heater was great. Hot water worked really well. Love it. And oh, there were 2 sheeps in garden welcoming us! On top of that, Jo is wonderful owner. Quick response and can be contacted anytime!

Great location re proximity to Tahune Airwalk and Hartz Mountains. House was super comfortable and spacious. Lots of heating available. Loved the sheep. Jo was ultra generous with provisions. Everything you could think of was provided for the included breakfast . . . and much more. Beds were very comfy. Cubby house outside and a play room for kids.

The host left some welcome presents (wine bottle, chocolate, etc.) and she lighted a fire before our arrival. She was always available if need be and she left many leaflets with all the activities nearby.

We had the most wonderful stay! So many little details made it feel so homely. Loved the fireplace, such comfortable beds, very very generous provisions for breakfast and more. Great toys for kids, and it was so nice to be able to feed the sheep and wander around the beautiful property. I wish we booked for longer than 2 nights. We hope to be back!!

Wow, beautiful comfortable house, extremely well stocked with everything and more! Peaceful, Spacious, comfortable. The fridge and cupboards were so stacked, I felt I was intruding in Jo,s own home. So friendly and welcoming, and I loved it.
