That we had to walk across the road to get the keys and got lost trying to find the property. We had to drive along main road and back road and no one told us the name had changed.

I liked it was close and accessible to shops, restaurants and beach. The bed was big and comfortable.

The carpark configuration was confusing at first and the whole complex was under construction wraps and barriers.

The apartment was well laid out, clean and perfect for our group dynamics. The location is perfect for cafe’s and beach days.

The Sebel is ideally situated in the middle of the Hastings St action. Our room faced the river with a nice outlook. Secure Parking is beside the lift. Kitchen facilities were more than sufficient.

The outside noise from our room was awful. The windows definitely need to be double-glazed.

The location was excellent. The facility was amazing - gorgeous room and really great amenities.

stayed before and knew the standard but was slightly disappointed. When paying this type of money you don't expect broken and torn lamp shades in each room. Found this pulled the standard down. The front door of our unit didn't even lock and didn't realize this till the next day when locking up. Luckily there was a very friendly most obliging young maintenance chap in the next unit who offered his services before we had to even ask. The lift was also out of action so that was disappointing as my elderly parents couldn't visit, but I realize these things happen.

I’m struggling to think of a thing I didn’t like

Being centrally located on Hastings street with a short walk to the beach and all the cafes and restaurants was awesome. The unit itself was spacious and had very good air conditioning👍👍 Nice and clean, the Sebel staff were helpful at the front desk when we needed them. Will definitely look to stay here again!

The bedroom was very noisy (situated above a busy restaurant) and light, with no block out curtains. This contrasted with the living room which was dark and quiet. It was very hard to get a good night’s sleep.

The tiles outside the whole complex are very slippery when it rains therefore very dangerous . The spa pool is small for the size of the complex . The gym is small as well. No parking for 2 families staying at complex. Only 1 parking. The check in is very complicated with different building for reception and car parking

Sadly some absolutely vile, entitled, rude, selfish and inconsiderate toolbag took it upon themselves to help themselves to our allocated parking space (that we had paid for included within the unit) and it therefore meant that our space was unavailable to use when we needed to use it. It’s a shame there was no enforcement of this, and I hope that karma will get this idiot in the form of someone calling them out, and getting their vehicle towed with a $$$$$$ fee next time they do this. Owner of Audi 4** IM* - you are the worst.

Location is amazing. A broom in the unit would have been nice so we could sweep up every day.

2nd bedroom was very small, nowhere to put bags etc. Oven didn't work. Car parking space was a long walk from the elevator.

Aircon didn’t work very well, washing machine & dryer not working at all. Hand washed clothes, no drying rack…. Nowhere to hang towels after a swim or washing. Beds were clearly old & sagging. Poor for the price they are charging.

Best thing was the location, right on Hastings street. Large kitchen with full size fridge.
