Having to park next door or out in the street isn't great for someone with a disability. Also very loud in the mornings from 5am onwards with workers leaving and people just being loud.

Beds and pillows super comfortable. Bathroom was good. I loved that they had a quest kitchen, which we used 3 times. Would stay again for sure.

The location of the motel is very good, quick Uber ride into Salamanca or to North Hobart restaurant strip. We have stayed a few times and the rooms have always been very clean and comfortable.

Not much to dislike, but a few comments: * We had to scout around for a plug for the kitchen sink (so we could wash the dishes). * The facilities are a little dated but overall we were very happy with our stay at Waterview. * The people in the room next door to our friend were a little noisy well past 10pm, however we realise that could happen anywhere.

We were welcomed with the pleasant surprise that the two rooms I had booked (one for the friend travelling with us) had been upgraded. So my wife and I had a larger-than-usual room and our friend had the bonus of a water view. She was an international visitor and was duly impressed! I also liked the small balcony overlooking the swimming pool.

Were not provided with toothpaste/brush but there were soap,shampoo/conditioner dispensers. The fridge was too cold it ended up freezing my medication which I had to dispose as it was no longer safe to use.

It was a cozy room with basic neccesities.

Parking - the place was fully booked and there wasn’t enough parking so had to park on the street or a vacant steep grassed area next door!

Location would be an issue if you don’t have your own vehicle.

Comfortable and clean motel with a fridge and microwave in the room & guest kitchen down the hall. Front desk person was friendly and let me check in even though I was a little early. They assigned me the first room they had cleaned which was good of them. Location is a little further away from the harbour and town centre but only about a 10 min drive. As long as you have a car it’s a good place,if you don’t I’d look for something a little more central.

- you can literally hear the whole conversation in the next room - very disturbing at night time; we had to bear the loud snores from the room next to us. - the pillows were too soft for us

I asked for a specific room and it was happily given to me. The check in was easy. The staff helpful. Room very clean. Parking was a little tight but ok.
