Mold in the bathroom around the floor near the shower and on the roof that gives off a musky smell.

Great location, Staff were lovely, Cabins are nice.

A site with grass or wood chips would have been much better than the dirt patch we had, especially considering it was raining.

Location was great, everything easy to reach in a short walk. Amenities kept very clean.

We understand the park is big and may be difficult to throughly clean the cabins. We had big chunks of dust, mould, broken parts of the cabin, blood stains on the sheets and obviously NO fault of anyone, a spider in our bed. There was no fly wire in the bunk room and had some creepy crawlies upon arrival where our son was going to sleep.

We loved the location and how central it is to the town. The view of the river was amazing and adored the wildlife! Staff were very friendly and explained how late check-in worked along with payment.

Being a ‘foreshore caravan park’ we expected the park would be adjacent to the beach. Still only a short walk!

Willingness to allow us charge our EV overnight! Access to a full service supermarket/liquor store on site!

The area behind the supermarket where we were placed isn't particularly great. Loud generator/AC on all night and noise was more or less continuous from 5AM onwards as lorries came and went restocking the supermarket and then binmen afterwards. Fine for one night stay on the GOR, wouldn't stay (in that section of the site) any longer

our site is a little close to the main road. but the others along the river are better. It is a nature style campground, so do not expect too much of the equipments.

location is great, just on the road side of great ocean road. Wonderful small town to explore. Beach, town, hills...around us are various types of travel scenes. It is true that we are awake by the birds on top of the trees.

Great location, close to river. Walking distance to shops. The facilities were clean, and the cabin was comfortable

The TV was a bit complicated to work out.I had to call the after hours number and get someone to come and set it up and he even struggled to work it out.

It was an excellent location near riverside and supermarket opposite.Walking distance from everything.Good you had security guards patrolling.

The location of the park and the tranquility of the cabin. It was nice to relax to sit on the decking in the afternoon overlooking the river. It is still nice and close to town and within easy walking distance!

Under the bed was kind of dirty. The wild birds are rough, they steal food straight from your BBQ and hand. Not the CP fault though.

We have been camping many times so we are not unfamiliar or uncomfortable with camping, however paying $69 for a patch of dust is a bit disappointing. Like I mentioned, we have stayed here before and stayed in grassy beautiful parts of the park but this time we literally got placed in an area that looked like a dusty car park. Leading into summer, the dirt was completely dusty and dry. If they can’t grow grass in that area, I suggest those green tarp mats because the dust and dirt was very frustrating, especially with three kids and two dogs. I felt like I was literally camping in a dusty old car park in a paddock somewhere.

I’ve stayed at this park many times. The location is fantastic. So close to the beach, parks, super market, Main Street. It’s perfect. The showers and bathrooms are very clean too! I would definitely stay again for the connivence of it all

The hot water tap needs a washer update occasionally dripping. Need a lamp at bed for reading. Naughty birds outside steeling food.

I like the fact the room was modern. Extra room for stuff. Own bathroom. Kitchen with kettle toaster & microwave. Tv viewable from bed. Bed comfortable. Could leave door open for fresh air & deck on ground.

Parts of the cabin were bit outdated. Bedroom was a bit rank. Need to change light bulbs over from white as they are too bright. A shelf in bathroom would be useful. Kitchen was quite good with a recent upgrade. Short of some utensils. Could do with a detail clean. There were a few cobwebs. Only one key per cabin which was a bit annoying. Pretty unusual to not provide 2 keys. Room was expensive for the standard of the room I felt.
