The noise from the pub till super late. As expected though as it was a weekend so it was our mistake to book the room on a weekend.

Location and convenience of having pub there with great food. We stayed a night that a live band was playing, so a great time was had.

The Villas are raised and as such the wooden floorboards are very loud especially with guests coming in and out late - for me it just reminds me of my work dongas they are a good size spotless and well presented they’re just a bit noisy and also the blinds have gaps around the edges which is a small privacy issue ! The original motel rooms are my preferred option

I love the Lucinda pub it’s in a great location the staff are all super friendly the place is spotless and offers everything you need to have a chilled out relaxed Lucindacation !

Good location within walking distance of the beach and park. Lovely big new pool and outdoor eating area at the hotel. Rooms were good with comfy beds and kitchenette though ours hadn’t been renovated for a while.

I say this as constructive feedback. Rooms and beds are comfy, there is a gap from the blinds which means the light comes directly onto your face when you're trying to sleep. This would be a possible improvement, however, a fix we found is using the little blanket on the bottom of the bed over the blind to cover the gap. The TV isn't connected to the WIFI, which means you can't watch netflix etc.

Bed was comfy. Good clean facilities. It was nice and basic, Will definitley stay there again.

Comfortable, friendly staff, great pool, well located. The pub has great food and is a lot of fun. Well done to the new owners for giving this place a new lease of life.

Load music until midnight. But there were a few gatherings so it can be expected. Just got no sleep. But others wise we enjoy going there.

Party music was too loud Saturday nite I payed to stay there and was kepted awake till after mid nite party was not for me quiter music preferred considering I was a paying customer

Unfortunately we could not access any of the extra on the tv. We did contact and ask for someone to assist, however no one arrived. An enthusiastic worker was emptying the bottles, cans etc early in the morning and created quite a racket that went on for some time.

The cleanliness of the room was fantastic and the bed was so comfortable. It was lovely to walk from the accommodation to the restaurant. Staff everywhere were friendly and efficient. The meal was superb.
