To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThere were only two lifts in quite a large hotel, which meant a bit of waiting around due to it being the busy Easter weekend. They also seemed understaffed as the pool area upstairs wasn’t regularly cleaned with other guests leaving empty drink cans/glasses around and towels strewn over the beds.
The location of the property is perfect. Right on the beachfront, adjacent to/a short walk from many number of restaurants and shops and a walk to the wharf where you can get the ferry to the city. The hotel has a great relaxed vibe, and although small the gym at the hotel has a wide variety of machines available, far better than any hotel gym I have used previously.

United Kingdomthe air condition for our room on the 3rd floor was hot at night which made sleeping difficult, maintenance staff said that there was a problem and they were investigating it, unfortunately the fault persisted for all of the 6 night stay. When i enquired about the fact that the rooms were not furnished with drawer cabinets i was informed that it was a style feature, it made our 6 night stay more difficult to manage living out of suitcases
The location adjacent to Manly beach was excellent, the gym facilities were very good, the staff were very helpful particularly in accommodating us with a late check out on all three rooms

United States of AmericaPool could have been warmer. Bathroom needs towel bars! There is no place to put hand towels or bath towels. Also the showers need a small bench or seat so you can use it to shave your legs. Rooms need a microwave.
Room had a great view of the ocean with a nice deck. Layout of the room was great. Liked the large bench to put luggage on. Breakfast was phenomenal! Hotel offered luggage storage which was nice. Pool location was perfect.

AustraliaUnsupervised children mis-using the lifts by pressing buttons to bypass floors. Very annoying on a busy weekend. (It was a NSW Nippers Sports Festival, so that probably meant there were a lot of children in the hotel last weekend).
Its location; right opposite Manly Beach. The new cocktail bar,55 North, is very good and the Bistro for breakfast was lovely - spacious and with diverse food choices.
