Terrible onsite parking arrangements. Many guests, including us, were confused at the parking. The signage is poor. We had to spend too much time looking for the park. Lifts are very slow to reach your floor. Lift programming is poor. The pool in the western side of the building is small and only one outdoor spa for the entire two towers. For the number of apartments, the site facilities aren't that great.

There was a lack of utensils/ kitchenware and dishes had dirty marks on them

It was very modern and stylish. The bathroom was probably the best feature of the room with the window looking into the bedroom. The balcony was also very generous in size which I loved.

We didnt book long enough!

Amazing Views of the beach and river from both sides of the apartment. Both bedrooms had views and all living areas had views. Super clean modern bathrooms and lots of areas to chill, relax, or turn up in. Apartment is well equipped for cooking, laundry etc. Supermarket at doorstep, great access to restaurants, access to entertainment, river, and beach. We enjoyed our time at the outdoor pool and gym(also has an indoor pool). There were enough lifts and they were superquick.

- Our room was right outside the slingshot people screaming till 1030pm - Someone’s dog was barking we where on level 26 could hear them in morning and night not all the time but enough to notice - The tv barely worked and no tv in bedrooms - I don’t like old leather couches - We booked through mantra direct in south tower our family member booked through another company in north tower I’m guessing private owned and using an agent rooms completely different similar priced large tvs in every room nice painted new furniture same views

The location is walking distance from everything shops food trams beach restaurants the parking in same building and we did not need to wash our towels overall place is good for the price

The tattered blinds that let too much light through. Had to sleep with an eye mask and the room gets so hot. Bit lax on reply’s to my messages as asked for double beds in each room but one had singles.

We stayed on the North side of the hotel and the elevators just took way too long and we were only staying on the 11th floor. We also spoke with other guest in the elevator and they had similar experience and one said they waited for an elevator for 45minutes…

We love the location and the view. Last time we stayed on the South with the beach view and it was amazing. Every-time we come to the Gold Coast we will always stay here.
