no air con in the bedroom as margaret river can be very cold ....and hand rails in the bath room .would be handy and safe massive bath but hard for snrs to get in and out of ..

apt was comfortable ,good location bedroom freezing as air con was in lounge room and hard to operate.. have stayed in resort before.. somewhat dated but well looked after and enjoy having a restaurant on site

The spa was very high to get into. I bought a rubber bath mat to stop slipping in the tub and the floor got flooded each time I showered. The built in stove didn’t work which was annoying.

It was comfortable and the room had easy access. The location is the best part. Free parking availability and close proximity is important.

Would prefer to have staff there for more than just 9-5. Also didn’t find the food at the restaurant very good (also over priced) but that’s personal and there are other places around to eat.

Room was clean bed was comfortable and one of the only places that actually supplies some cream with the tea and coffee in the room! They let me leave my luggage there after I checked out.

Excellent spot in a beautiful location! Villa was a perfect size for a family with plenty of room. Main bedroom was freezing cold even with air-con constant, expected at the beginning of September and connecting doors to the backyard of the villa. Other than that, house keeping standards are exceptional, more value for money, food was beautiful at the joining pub and great location for shopping or a pub crawl! Would definitely return!

Walls seemed quite thin (felt bad about our kids rising early as we could hear others easily in next room).

So easy - drive up to your room. Everything you need, simple but perfectly comfortable and such a convenient location. Loved the tennis court and the open fire in the pub!

Brilliant location to town and a great place to stay. Although the villas could be a little noisy because of the beer garden proximity, it wasn’t enough to put us off our stay. It finished up early enough! Would definitely stay again! And the restaurant 🙌🏼 amazing food and vibe in the whole place!

Traffic on the main road and getting out of the property onto the road was really busy. School days were gridlock on surrounding roads. Not the property's fault.

Water pressure in the shower was low. Good to have a fridge and tea/coffee but would have like a toaster as well.

Meals/beers at the pub were excellent. Short walk from the town centre.

It was the middle of winter, but the bedroom (at the back of the apartment) was pretty chilly, as the only heater was in the lounge. Staff did provide a little space heater when we raised this, so it got solved. The shower had a small issue with creating puddles on the floow due to splashing and run off, but not a major issue.

Great out-of-season price for an apartment room, decent facilities for cooking our own meals and good sized bathroom. Hotel bar/pub had great food and atmosphere, and it was only a 5-10 minute walk into town. Felt secluded enough to have a bit of nature around, but still within striking distance of all amenities. Saw possums on our balcony!

If you don’t like noise don’t book the pub room, personally we didn’t hear much but maybe if you had a young child it might prevent some sleep

Music played quite loudly at night (we were in a chalet that gives this warning, so all good) but despite that it wasn’t loud enough to be interrupting nor stop our little ones from sleeping.

Had a lovely feel, accommodation had everything we needed, and the pub was cosy!
