It was great for our large family. The kids loved the heated pool and the location was perfect.

We planned to cook a few meals in the apartment but found that all non-stick pans and pots were in poor conditions. Luckily there was one stainless steel pot which we felt more comfortable to use.

I like the location of the apartment, which is very close to the beach. I am also happy with the size of the apartment. The toilets were also in good condition.

The mattresses were horrendous. They felt like old 90’s mattresses where you can feel every spring digging in to you. It was literally the only thing we struggled with, everything else was great.

The grounds and facility were lovely. Close to the beach and a lovely coastal walking path.

Didn't know the property doesn't have lifts. One of our friends had a lot of difficulty walking up the stairs. I will ask next time.

The beds were a little hard. Pillows are terrible BYO. The main bedroom fan was broken as it is a remote one. A pedestal fan was provided. The balcony facing the gardens was dirty. The room had a smell if closed up all day. The floors were strange in what they have used to clean as they felt wet all the time under bare feet.

Stayed in unit 2. The property was well located and fantastic price for location. The apartment was clean and in good condition for age and 3 star resort. Pool and spa were fantastic and wonderful both being heated. Provided secure parking off street was a total bonus. Poolside area was well appointed and a great area. The unit had Foxtel and normal TV. It was well appointed with all utensils and plates ect.

It was a beautiful resort with lots of privacy except if the people in the unit close to us knew how to be a little more respectful to close the entrance door a little quieter. It was also much better after we spoke to admin about about using stairwell 9, once we knew the sign was needing to be replaced.

Dirty balcony. A couple of light switches in need of repair. A bit damp smelling. Some areas not as clean as I would have liked (toilet floor, skirting boards). Firm mattress, a bit hard for a 50 year old back/hips.

Good facilities in apartment. Lovely shared areas. Quiet. Close to tram. Nice, clean sheets on beds. Plenty of hot water Beach close by.

Just the couches. Need replacing or covers over them. Additionally, main room bed is a double not queen. Still very comfy nonetheless.

The apartment was great. Freshly renovated and very modern. Super clean. Comfy beds. Beautiful tropical gardens and the pool was lovely. Would stay again. Great for families.

Could do with a little updating and some web site show a games room for kids that was stopped years ago.

The unit was roomy and the pool and spa are very relaxing and enjoyable. Lovely plants in the garden which made for a peaceful calm feel.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Apartment had everything we needed. Great location in between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach.

We left the property clean, with no damage and and as we found it. We are now 30 days post stay and the $250 bond is still pending on my credit card. This should have have been removed at least 14 days ago.

The property was very clean and well presented. We had everything we needed for our one week stay, which was very pleasant. Staff were helpful. The location is fantastic.
