It was quite dirty, stains on couch. The ceiling and walls were dirty with bugs and yellow stains. I did book accomodation because it stated air-conditioning but out of 3 aircons in the premises, none worked at all!

Extremely good value based upon LOCATION (Mooloolaba, Maroochydore, Cotton Tree all easily accessible, CLEANLINESS & MAINTENANCE - an older building refurbished (better than I expected) all require an ongoing effort towards the rooms and the building. COMMUNICATION - I had to change my arrival date at short notice - communicaition and instructions on everythign from key pickup to the ones night before and day of departure fwere spot on.

The plates, bowls, glasses in the kitchen cupboards were not at all clean and were quite smelly. I get there is no dishwasher and guests are expected to wash up after themselves. But we had to wash everything before we used it. Suggest the quantity is reduced and staff wash them regularly too. The whole apartment needs a deep clean from the top edge of the shower screen that I had to clean a fair layer of dust off before hanging face washer over it, to the thick layer of dust on the artificial flowers on the lounge shelves.

Location, view, pool looked nice though didn’t use. Great parking at no extra charge. Bed was pretty comfy with lots of pillows and AC and ceiling fans in each bedroom was great. The apartment and furniture was very dated, but the cost reflected this an it didn’t impact our enjoyment, so no concerns there.

If you are looking for a super modern, super stylish Apt then this is not it but it was perfect for us. The views were amazing, the beds were comfy and the staff were lovely and excellent. The Apt styling was not really in keeping with a beach theme - they tried but it was perfect for children. With improved styling I am sure this Apt would cost so much more.

A superb 3 bedroom Apt. Perfect for my children and I. Loved the sea views from all rooms, loved the huge balcony and the views! and the pool on site. A trifle dated for some but perfect for us. It must be remembered that the building was the first built in Maroochydore and the views and location far outweigh the older-style building. The caretakers were fantastic. Helpful, friendly and responsive. We misplaced our keys - quickly resolved. The oven did not work - was replaced within 4 hours and to top it off my children made friends with the caretakers children, so that was fun for all. And it's opposite Macca's and the main shops - my children loved that! And better still has the best Indian Restaurant I've eaten from for many years. This was on the same road - further up on the left opposite the beach. A fantastic location. Easy secure parking and suprisingly quiet location - despite being on the main road. We will be back.

Room was in a dirty condition. Cobwebs on the windows. Hair in the shower. Dirty cups plates cutlery left in the drawers in the kitchen. Bathroom drawers had not been cleaned out.

Location was fantastic, across the road from the beach and lots of shops / cafes within walking distance. Pool was great when it was too hot to sit on the beach. Apartment was a little dated but was clean and tidy and had everything we needed.

Spacious apartment for families or groups. Lovely view over to the beach. Kids loved the pool, big enough to share with many guests.

The aircon packed up with 48 hours to go, but the humidity had passed by then and they were getting in someone to fix it.

Amazing location and lovely two bed apartment with brilliant view from a lovely balcony. We were sad to leave! Great value for money - as good as we have found in the Sunshine Coast and we go there a lot!
