We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Hotel is dated. Carpets not very clean. A religious convention was going on and they obstructed our way and the children were running along the corridor and were noisy. Hotel staff should have done something about it.
Location was good, near to University and shops.

The lumpy dunna on the 1st night, which was changed by cleaning staff the next morning. Very lovely person.

Don't like the fact the room keys are all the same. Can access the apartment door as i found out my child accidentally opened the apartment next door thinking it was ours. So if we left we had to take everything with us each time. Single beds mattresses are too small for the base.

Maintenance Issues: The lift doors were not functioning properly. The TV remote control didn’t turn the TV on or off, although I was able to change channels. The Cast TV feature didn’t work, regardless of the method I used. The toilet seat was loose, and the shower drain was slow, causing a small pool of water to form—even though the water pressure in the shower wasn’t particularly high. While having a clock is convenient, I had to unplug the bedside lamp to charge my phone, as I didn’t want to unplug the clock. But honestly, who needs a clock nowadays when most of us use smartphones? Staff should regularly report both small and major maintenance issues to ensure a better guest experience.
I've become a regular guest. The location is convenient, parking is readily available—which is very important to me—and the rooms are spacious, clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The staff in the reception was a bit grumpy and talked sarcastically.
The room was spacious, clean and complete. I love that the location is just across the shops and beside the lake area with a good walking path.

When we check in their price is higher from my confirmation. I said maybe there is another same surname on the booking because my daughter also booked in the hotel as we are part of the Couples for Christ conference. The other staff in front desk help her on my booking. I found out that I should received a 25% discount upon check in because we are part of the conference as per the coordinator. I said I mentioned upon check in but they did not give me and charge me the normal rate.

Fist room smelt of sewerage and bed was hard
Room 56 smelt of sewage bed was hard. Tap over bathroom sink loose. Spoke to staff at reception. Moved us to another room straight away. New room was perfect. Meals at motel excellent location excellent. Would definitely stay again

The walls need cleaning, and the shower is rather small. Perhaps a table that fits over the fridge would help prepare sandwiches or write on.
Love, there was a washing machine and a dryer. The main bedroom bed was comfy.

Access gates were clunky, did not feel quality. Found that most of the time the entry gate was not working and found myself regularly using the exit gate. Quality check on previous occupants dishes was not done. Most of the cups were dirty.
Great location for a long weekend stay, perfect size apartments for a family of 4. You will not feel like you are stepping on each other's toes. 2 supermarkets in close proximity. Plenty of great cafes nearby. 20 minutes from city.

Thought our Son was getting a single bed to sleep in but was only a sofa & not very comfortable. Also the Air Cond was only in the lounge area & didnt reach the bedroom so as it was 39 degrees outside it was very hot & stuffy in the room
