Internet. The internet/ WIFI in my particular room was virtually non existent. 4 g and 5 g reception was poor.

Location. Situated in the centre of sandy bay. Great coffee and restaurants under the motel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The bed and bathroom were fine.

The Mayfair was central to where we wanted to go. It exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of delicious food options close by. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Liz. We would definitely stay again

The room was spacious and clean, staff were very nice. But no soundproofing at all, any noise outside the room (and in neighbouring room) could be clearly heard, people talking, walking with suitcase, etc. Is like sleeping in a card box.

It would be better if the pathway has carpet on as it's very noisy when people carry the luggage passing by the room in the early morning.

I booked the Mayfair for my daughter- in-law who is recovering from chemotherapy. The location is excellent close to shops and cafes. Her room was fine. The staff, particularly Jill, were wonderfully supportive of her during her stay. We are very grateful.

Fabulous staff who were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are huge and everything you need is there for a great stay. Great location with lists of eateries around. This will now be my go to accommodation when in Hobart. 10/10

Unfortunately the room doesn't cancel any outside noise. Maybe I was just unlucky as I was in a corner room and the bed was next to the door. People coming in and out the building all night (not the properties fault), and whether they were outside the door or the down the hallway, it sounded like they were in my room. Managed about 3-4 hours sleep both nights. Bring earplugs and you'll be fine.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, very pleasant to deal with. The Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/lounge area were all good size. Bed was comfy and extra pillows etc. were provided. Nice warm shower was pleasant. Couch was comfy, table to eat at, and facilities if you'd like to cook. All very nice! Location is right next to shops and takeaways and very much in walking distance of the city center.

That the rooms aren't serviced anymore! (like your bed made up) Only items that have been used are replaced. We were there for 3 days.

Staff were excellent in helping us book to Mona as we didn't have internet facilities on our mobile. Room was conveniently located in the facility, very little noise and so convenient to eating places within the complex.

If you are a light sleeper water a bit noisy in the walls when in use but didn't bother us. Also read some complaints about noise with bags being rolled by people coming in late and leaving early. If the customers carried their bags instead of rolling them, it wouldn't be an issue.

All the staff we come across very friendly. Good size room Great location, coles next door and woolworths acroos the road, four places to eat within the complex and more within walking distance. Ten minute walk to the markets. Would stay again.
