We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaSome bags of ice left in refrigerator - rather odd and should have been removed by cleaners. Some evidence that the kitchen area had not been properly cleaned and vacuumed. This suggest process failure.
Convenience, lots of good parking and easy access to beach. Very nice and quiet. Happy to stay there again. Room nice and spacious. Also access to roads to connect to M1 was helpful. Front desk was polite and courteous when contacted in advance of check in.

Easy access to lots of things; location wise, it offers great views and two pools is always a big plus! While I arrived late at night, when I went to extend my stay the staff was polite and personable. I have enjoyed my balcony and terrace quite a bit and the decor perfectly blends eastern aesthetics with beach comfort. I hope I can come back sometime soon!

AustraliaAlthough they did compensate us for this and the staff member at reception was apologetic I feel like it should be noted, we had 1 apartment that were still being cleaned well past the check in time and 2 that were not ready at 2:30pm (half hour after check in) so we walked into unclean and dirty apartments and had to call them to clean and they were not ready until a bit past 3:30pm which wasn't ideal for our day. One of the apartments had a lamp that was falling apart.
The location of the apartments are great, and its a pretty decent size, heated indoor pool is a plus as it gets too cold at night to use outdoor pools in GC.
