Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaVery limited parking under the Hotel and pretty much only suited to small cars. However, there is a Wilson Car Park just around the corner which charge $13 per weekend day which I thought was reasonable.
I loved the location, it is so handy with only a 700m walk to Central Station. It is also very close to the Roma Street Gardens which is a bonus. There is a Cafe just out the front which was closed late Saturday, but I've been there before which is good.

Very friendly staff, location great for medical facilities nearby, free bus between Spring Hill & Brisbane City across the road, bed & armchair comfortable, secure building, good shower, Cafe ground floor with good & well priced meals, nice stay, will be returning.

Australia• Wish the room had a microwave but I knew it didn't when I booked, would have been great though. • Shower curtain let water out of shower onto bathroom floor, slip hazard if you don't put a towel down. • Windows couldn't be opened to let in fresh air, they were taped up with thick black tape.
• The bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in, in a hotel, bedding was clean and smelt fresh. Not a single wrinkle, hotel staff are magicians! • Room was spacious and the air conditioner was on when we entered the room at a perfect temperature. • Extra blankets and pillows provided. • Iron worked great, ironing board provided was in working order.
