Stylish, clean, and spacious hotel with great facilities. Friendly staff and delicious food at the restaurant. We loved the free bike rentals, pickleball, and scenic walks. A beautiful spot—perfect for a wedding! Stunning pool and complementary wine tasting.

A few wasps around which made sitting on the balcony a bit uncomfortable while eating.

Everything was mostly excellent except it appeared to be a little understaffed. I.e person managing tastings meant our group waited about 45 minutes after booking time to be served. A little frustrating as we had been told at the time of booking there were no later times. Our dinner service staff were lovely but a number of miscommunications and a staffing change over mid service was unusual.

The pool can get busy, but there is plenty of room for all.

Great location, staff and facilities. The pool was the perfect temperature. The Mitchelton Gallery of Aboriginal Art is something you don't want to miss.

Would have appreciated more covered parking. Unfortunately all the Spa treatments were fully booked, but that was our mistake as it was peak holiday time.

Calm quiet location with riverside and kangaroos! Very pleasant vineyard. Enjoyed riding the e-bikes around the property.

the expresso coffee machine in the room is not great, lukewarm terrible taste coffee drips out, not to mention only 2 coffee pods were provided (1 each cup).

The heating in the room was not able to be adjusted without calling reception. Both nights we struggled with sleeping and had to call during the night to have the heating turned down even though we requested it during the day.

It was great to be so self contained that we didn’t need to leave. It was peaceful and luxurious.

The only annoyance I had was not being able to get a coffee before 8 am

Very hard to find fault in anything. The rooms were perfect, great bed, quiet, fantastic view and everything we needed. Really well thought out. Restaurant meals were great value, and the service was excellent. Wandering around the grounds was lovely, just perfect for a quiet relaxing weekend.

We probably wouldn’t stay again due to cost, it was a splurge for a special occasion (friends wedding). Some freestanding lamps in the room would allow easier lighting to read and do makeup. Overhead light was a bit bright for bedtime reading.

Lovely location, not far from the town of nagambie to allow exploring the lake and brewery as well as Mitchelton wines on site, and Tahbilk just down the road. We attended for a wedding and the setting was lovely.

The insects, I got a few bites but obviously not at the fault of the hotel.

I liked that you didn't have to travel out of the winery, there was a pool, restaurant and Cafe, room service, tower with bar and viewing platform (awesome sunset view), e bikes to borrow.

Ensuite layout could improve. From more room to having some bench space. Bedroom could also have a comfortable couch rather than the 2 chairs.

Location and how it is set around the Goulburn River is just beautiful.

Nothing, I loved my stay and I would love to come back.

I feel my feedback on the breakfast would be rather subjective and not a true representation of an objective review, so it could be considered unfair. EG. my coffee was served too cool for my liking. The type of bread used for my toast was quite stodgy.
