I hope there will be bathroom slippers next time. And maybe a little upgrade on tv and wifi.

The room is surprisingly big as well as the bathroom. We had comfortable stay!

Difficult to check in after hours. Venue needs to review process for last minute bookings and late check in. No exterior lights on property - very dark street & felt unsafe.

The advert says it has smart tv but there is nothing smart about it. Cannot watch YouTube/ Netflix etc.

Smoke detector was covered with plastic. Asked for 2 single beds and was given a king and a single rollaway bed. Access code to get into building did not work- had to phone hotel and lady wasn't very hospitable.

Uncomfortable beds and pillows, also flickering light on and off, all night long, in the corridor outside the room, was very visible from under the door. Sleep was quite difficult. Expected better quality for the cost.

Quaint B and B style, staff were friendly and check in process efficient.

Room is not really spacious but we did not really care. We were only there to sleep. Maybe one thing that was getting annoying during our 10 days stay was the hallway door. They need to install some "anti-collision" system on the doors because once it closes it shakes the walls. At the end of stay there were some strange people went we left the building it was kinda crazy. Not sure how they got into the building they seemed homeless but they have claimed to left their keys inside their rooms.

We spent 10 days there mainly because of AO 2024. It was good enough to lay down your head for the night. It is really close to CBD. Beds were comfy enough. We had been provided with towels. There was only one staff during our stay but he made our room if we requested to. Absolutely loved the bathroom. It is equipped with every basic needs. Room had small fridge. Also a water heater with cups, tea and coffee. All in all we loved our stay there, although we left 22nd Jan we still haven't got back our 100 AUD deposit for the room. We even left some gift for the lovely stuff but there are no refunds just yet.

I couldn't find plates/cups cutlery for kitchen area and the room didn't have enough cups/mugs for us to use so I had to go ask,

So quiet- couldn't believe how noisy it was outside when I opened the window, compared to when windows were shut. Beds really comfortable.

A little expensive compared to other accommodation but it was Caulfield Cuo weekend so premium time in Melbourne.

Clean and comfortable. Good location for our event in South Melbourne. Easy free parking in street outside.

furnishings could do with an update.

Room was a little smaller than expected, but bed was comfortable and we were not able to hear people in other rooms or outside noise so that was nice. Great location.
