Some 'mucking around' to get room access after booking on this site, then needing to call a number to get a code to access the key deposit box (Not staffed 24 hours). Plus an additional security deposit to pay (more than the cost of the room), which took a week to return. But overall, was clean and met decent value. 10 minute drive to airport.

I would stay there again in similar circumstances”I needed a location near the airport for an overnight stay due to an early checkin. My main priorities were a location fairly close to the international airport, clean, comfortable and away from noisy traffic. The property is old and dated, however the room I was in has been refurbed to some extent, was very clean and the bed very comfortable, free off-road parking was provided and there are some nice places to eat nearby (although not within walking distance).

Parking, ease of access, staff and a clean, stocked room. King bed was comfy, and the bathroom was nicely updated. Fairly close to the entertainment centre.

Although from the front on Nudgee Road, this place didn’t look much, once around the back we found a pleasant-looking modern building, a small pool and a car park. Despite its proximity to Brisbane airport, it was peaceful and quiet. The rooms were spacious, well equipped and immaculately clean. Rooms have either a terrace or balcony and a fridge. The lady that checked us in, perhaps the owner, was delightful. Although there isn’t anywhere to eating in walking distance, there plenty of places within a 10 min drive. Great place to stay before or after picking up a camper van from the Apollo/Maui/Britz depot about 200 metres away.

When I opened the curtain and looked at the door, there were countless mosquitoes waiting to come in on the glass. Thankfully none came in - didn't even get bitten by one. Patio looked very cosy, but I wasn't risking getting carpet bombed by mozzies to try it out.
Staff were amazing. So friendly, approchable and helpful.
