The hotel stated that there was going to be night works around. Right up until midnight, there were workers cutting concrete at the base of the hotel. We are a young family with small children and we live 7 hours away. We had to travel home on very minimal sleep. Also, the hotel staff weren’t willing to allow for a cheaper rate when it was listed on booking.com as $400 per night for the same room, rather than $600. I wasn’t overly impressed with our stay.

It was annoying our tv wasn’t working properly and they had to come up to fix it each time we turned it on. However the front desk was very responsive.

Great location- especially for families. We we’re going to the Entertainment Center and this was a very convenient and pleasant location for that. Very nice to have the cafe and outdoor dining right downstairs.

The night work construction that has just begun across the road will be awful.

Great location. Easy walk to Redcliffe shops, jetty and beach. A huge, very comfy bed.

The bathroom drain had a bad smell that permeated through the entire apartment. We alerted cleaners and manager and sadly this was dismissed as nothing can be done. The shower was really poor until we asked for a replacement. One lift was out of service for the easter weekend, due to routine maintenance and made journeys up and down very onerous on a very busy weekend.

We've stayed previously, and choose these apartments because they are close to family in Woody Point. We come from London and really appreciate the sea view rooms.

Was not aware that the apartment was privately owned and it was a management company in reception. 1st apartment was not up to standard had to be moved (photos were taken as evidence - Management addressed this issue). Problems with cars racing down the strip at night (Manager was aware of this). Building works were being carried out behind the apartments, one morning they started working at 5.30am. Had issue with adjoining apartment - reported they were evicted within 10 minutes (handled very promptly).

I was a little confused when checking in we were told we had a water view, which we did but it was a at the back of the building and it was a glimpse.

Housekeeping/cleaning was a bit hit and miss…. As people are eating in the apartments, they should be hoovered and wiped over the kitchen every day.

Location, facilities within the apartment, reception staff Air con stopped working and they did their best to get it going again.

Was lowkey a lil confusing finding that car park! I did like 3 laps trying to find it! He did gave us great directions but I completely forgot them by the time we were in the car, so might be my bad Tehe xox

Noisy building site next door. Only temporary I know. We've stayed there before and will stay there again.

Clean, tidy, friendly reception staff . Bit of a learning curve trying to get into the lift. Shower floor very slippery when wet. Cleaners forgot to leave a sponge to use for washing. Two bedroom unit was great. Well set up for extended stay for a family, 2 toilets etc. Very comfortable furnittabmnd bedding. Very close to all cafes, restaurants. Great in-house restaurant and staff.

Rooms donot provide hand towels.Face towels 2, bath mat 1 and 2 bath towels only. Checked with reception and was told these were removed last year. Disappointing - this the first place I've stayed at where handtowels are not available even on request.

Bed wasn't that comfortable but this is probably a personal preference, For the price per night I expected a better Foxtel package - the weather was not the best and all we had to watch was mainly sports - we stayed at a less expensive resort a couple of weeks ago and had the movie package which was thoroughly enjoyable.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. The ocean view was amazing. Loved the big bath and wonderful shower. The restaurant/bar downstairs is great to visit. Redcliffe markets was just across the road on the Sunday were great..
