Rooms were not serviced at all during in our 4 day stay, tea or coffee facilities not restocked, no beds made, just towels literally dropped on the unmade bed every day, old towels no even removed from bathroom floor.

I feel it had gone down hill a bit. Equipment was run down. Plovers were attacking viciously while we played mini putt putt. Volleyball was all muddy and unusable. Toilets near water park were boggy and disgustingly dirty.

I like all the activities available on site as well as the proximity to shops, restaurants and the beach.

The water park has some spots where lots of children were hurting themselves. Metal bits sticking out on waterslides.

Staff were great and bed was very comfortable. Room was a good size and not cramped.

The resort is generally a little dated. Bedroom/ aircon smelt stale and was quite dusty. Appreciate it was peak period, however was not value for money. Although good quality, the food/ beverage is quite expensive.

Staff were friendly and helpful, on-site restaurant/ bar was convenient and good quality food/drink. Great amenities for the kids. Parking was convenient.

The pricing generally; not only for what you get in a room but for those staying at the resort it would be great to see discounted prices on walk-up food/drinks, instead of paying hotel lobby bar type prices for things whether you’ve paid to stay there or just walked in off the street for a drink or meal, it’s the same for all. Wi-fi didn’t really work but that wasn’t a massive issue.

Good proximity to things locally and just a 20 min drive to attractions on SC. Staff friendly and helpful. Despite a small room, bathroom was spacious. Good buffet breakfast spread. Good amount of on-site parking. Clean. Great system of signing in/out various activity equipment and pool towels!

The air conditioning emits a faint unpleasant odor, likely indicating it's due for servicing. The vents appear to require a thorough cleaning, potentially harboring mold? The mini fridge is ineffective, takes hours to chill beverages. The absence of a kitchen sink complicates tasks like filling the kettle from the bathroom tap. Lack of insect screens on windows prevents enjoying fresh breezes without the intrusion of insects, forcing reliance on the air conditioning and enduring the musty smell throughout the night.

The whole resort is very rundown. Around the restaurant and water park the flooring was rotten and disintegrating. The bottom of the pool was old and very slippery in areas. Mini golf area is very worse for wear. The couch in our room was uncomfortable with one old flat cushion and was quite dirty, as was the carpet. The walls in our room and the restaurant were all scuffed up and some of the furniture in our room was broken. Definitely in need of some TLC.

Great stay if you have kids. Little one loved the water park, pool and jumping pillow. Easy parking and great location. Staff were all lovely. Bedding was comfortable. Breakfast was fine.

It was a shame the rooms in 'hotel' style area didn't have a balcony of some sort. The rooms were comfortable but without this small outside you wouldn't want to stay too long.

It was a great resort for children and families. Lots to do and close to beach. The rooms were really clean and comfortable. Fantastic shower!! We really enjoyed our stay for what we paid.

There was a fire alarm and our building was evacuated at 10.30pm on Monday 1st April. It was a false alarm, but no one from the resort acknowledged the inconvenience or explained why it had happened. Hotel occupancy was over 90% families with young children that had to be settled back to sleep again at 11pm. Some children, including mine, were quite distressed to be woken from their sleep in the middle of the night and taken down several flights of stairs into the carpark.. Given that there were 100-150 people standing outside for 30 minutes in the middle of the night, it was poor form on behalf of the management that this was not acknowledged in any way. Lots of families were talking about this around the pool the next day. Apart from the bedrooms and waterpark, the facilities in general are in need of a facelift or at least a deep clean and some fresh paint. With some investment to upgrade the facilities, it has the potential to be an excellent destination. For example, the windows and window frames in the Oak and Vine are really dirty and have cobwebs. The walls and ceilings in the hallways of the Boomerang wing are dated with water/leak marks.

Pool, water park, mini golf, all great for our young family. It is easy to get towels for the pool. Bar/Restaurant easily accessible from the pool/water park.. A nice range of additional kids activities provided for Easter break. The breakfast buffet was good (apart from rock hard waffles). We had dinner in the Oak and Vine on our last night and were surprised at the good quality. We were sorry we hadn't eaten there sooner.

We had a studio room with no sink so we couldn’t clean our dishes, and housekeeping would not take them until we checked out.
