As a return client, I was a little disappointed that the kitchen items (crockery, pots, chopping knivies) were a little lacking, but handyman soon sorted that out.

There was wifi on the premise, but it didn't work following instructions provided. Staff could not connect to service. They made a comment that there was nothing there not even hand soap (which is fine if had known before time). Might just be bad timing.

The location of the accommodation was very close to the airport and the staff found it easy to access the property when they found the correct key code pad. It was easy to book and easy communication. Easy and flexible check in. Very comfortable sleeping arrangements.

Cleanness of property needs lots of improvement.. Ac in leaving not helping to cool bedrooms . Insufficient PowerPoints in every where. Need Ac or good fans in bedrooms. Sofa bed is broken. Wifi speed is vey poor. Backyard of house is dirty.

Cost of the property is pretty good. Toilet cleaned But there is lots of improvement needed in every way.

Needs a good clean and dust throughout the whole place. The back yard was below average and not useable. The whole place is in need of updating.

Need a less complex entry and exit process. There was no write up on how to exit key pad lock. I lock the manual lock which caused problems trying to get back in using the electronic key pad lock

The only niggle was the slippery shower floor tiles, but the rubber mat helped a little.

The unit was clean, tidy, quiet & central to where we needed to be.Heater was very good, electric blanket & bedroom radiators were lovely. We met the owner on Sat morning & mentioned there was no soap, tea towel or glasses & he went & delivered some to us. Nothing was a problem.

Felt a little neglected with the cleaning.

Location in Boulder,a bit out of town but you don't usually travel to Kalgoorlie without a car. Big unit with all facilities. Comfy bed and a big TV. Good for long term stay.

Needed to read through information in the booking to find out how to check in. Lots of different pillow types, most weren't my idea of comfortable, but I found one that was. Laundry door. Only enough private outdoor space to hang washing if needed (shared front lawn space, not a plant in sight and a 1m wide space for laundry at rear).

Comfortable mattress. Feeling at home for the night. Comfortable lounge, can watch TV at the table. Secure, no chance of loosing keys. If the weather was good, I could have walked to a less popular pub. Close to the war museum.

Lamp in 2nd bedroom did not work. Not the responsibility of the management but local dogs barking and stray cats were annoying.

Location was convenient and quiet once the four legged creatures quietened. Good amenities, some beds had clean but scratchy sheets, but mattresses were comfy. No management on site but a phone query was answered promptly and in a friendly manner.

The shower doesn't drain well, and caused a mini flood in the bathroom.

The keypad door lock was great. It was easy to access the property with the host providing the PIN prior to arrival. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you needed to self-cater. Bed linen and towels were fresh and clean.
