We had a Garden Bungalow, very nice looking onto Palms with a balcony but the room is small, just room for a queen bed.

It’s a tropical oasis in the city. Great location, nice and clean. Pickles the bird greets you at reception, chicken roams the gardens. Lovely homely feel. Good pool too.

The parking was so full and it looked like they gave out more access tags than parking available.

The rooms are quite close together, so I could hear people at the front of the next room chatting at 3am.

The tables placed outside the hotel rooms where people can sit and smoke. The area outside the rooms feels quite enclosed so to have smokers in that area, kind of feels a little wrong. The tables are right outside other rooms. I'm a smoker and I didn't like having to walk through puffs of smoke when leaving my room and having to push my elderly mother on her wheelchair, through the smoke and past the smokers, staring at us.

Room was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful... The grounds were lovely and green. The chickens and birds were a great attraction also.

The pool needs a clean (sweep with a pool brush) as the steps are slippery/slimy. The sides at the water level around the pool also had yellow dirt/slime.

The Unit was very comfortable and clean with everything we needed but did lack the privacy from the unit next door on the patio. The location was perfect for our requirement. Would stay again.

Whilst buffet breakfast was a good option, it wasn't stocked once items were taken. Those arriving a little later weren't getting the full buffet on offer. Only minor, but when you're paying for breakfast you don't want just whatever is left. In this, our stay was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, good sized room. Great location! Loved that there was a laundry (however tokens a bit too expensive). Buffet breakfast on offer. Staff friendly and helpful. I chose to stay here over some other well known hotel chains..... Glad we did! Great pool area with bbq to use.

It was very quiet at night, however, you can hear the tv and everything else from the rooms next door.

Beds were comfortable, staff was friendly, pool looked good. The room had aircon, a fan, a comfy chair, a fridge (not loud at all!) and a flat screen tv. The bathroom was clean and looked like on the pictures.

Awesome location, on esplanade and in city centre. On site parking. Staff were all lovely, from front desk to cleaning staff to the tradies working on the bungalows. Room was neat and tidy. Pool was well utilised and lovely. They have the cutest little parrot and a chook that wanders around.
