very noisy fellow guests yelling and calling out all night. Facility looks run down on the outside and clients seem to treat it accordingly

The room needs a revamp, it was dusty, carpet stained, and shower had mould. Definitely paid for what we stayed in, great location a pity the furnishings are past their use by date.

Very run down building. Its car park across the road was a rubbish dump full of old matresses and junk. The door was very difficult to get into. The carpet of the room was old and stained. I had to put down a $100 deposit against any damage to the room which I thought was a bit of a joke considering the state of the place.

It was clean. Good water pressure. the airconditioning worked. It had a fridge and microwave.

Exterior was a rubbish yard ( the car park) Shady characters around but moved on when I come fronted him. Outside of reception needed a lot of work it looked abandoned. Your sign hasn't been updated or maintained. Pity as once inside all good. Still waiting for my $100 bond to be returned

even when the curtain is fully closed there is an opening you can see through the gap because of the air conditioning at the top of the door it was up against the curtain so it was holding the curtain a bit open so we had to move the couch against the curtain Just to keep it completely closed.

The air-conditioning was very loud so could not be left on at night as you could not sleep due to the noise and sky light above the shower leaked when it was raining.

The air conditioner was not sealed within the wall which let direct air /cold/bugs/noise through the gaps- which made it cold. Running the unit to heat was so loud we couldn’t even hear our own tv and didn’t want to turn the volume up louder in respect for neighbours . The fittings and rooms were so old and delapidated and the general area was so messy and unkept. Even the door not fitting squarely into the doorframe and having big gaps made it feel unsafe. There were no power points to use the provided kettle or toaster . Bathroom provisions only had shampoo , no conditioner.

It was close to where we needed to be. The children’s beds were seperated from the adults .

The property is old and run down. The shower was dirty so I’m glad I took thongs. The single bed mattress was too big for the base. No tea towel or dishwashing liquid to wash coffee cups ready for your next, no little milks for your coffee. I think prices to much for what it is.

We noticed the smell of cigarettes when entering. There was a baseball cap on the couch when we first entered, one of the drinking glasses had been used. No tea bags or coffee and milk

Located on main road so quite noisy. No designated parking and ended up parking across the road for both nights. Function room but very dated and could do with a facelift.

Location was great for an event that we were attending at Latrobe University (a few minutes drive)

Actually for the price i think its as good as it can get.

For the price of the room i was expecting worse so was pleasantly surprised. Staff was friendly and welcoming. What can i say, you get what you pay for. better than expected
