We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaI could clearly hear a conversation in a foreign language (Mandarin?) in a nearby room developing into an argument ... even though I don't think anyone was shouting. Sound proofing evidently wasn't a priority at the time of construction, so take your ear plugs, just in case talkative people are in nearby rooms.

The staff were really nice and friendly. They also upgraded my single room to a twin room for free! The room was clean. There were towels and toiletries available. The location is just 5 min walk from Southern Cross Station, which is very convenient. However, it’s inevitable that I can still hear the sound of training passing. They tried to reduce the noise to an acceptable level.

Proximity to Southern Cross station. I was given an upgrade to larger room. It's clean, quiet on a Monday night and excellent check out time of 11am. I even stayed on longer in the basic lounge area on level 1.
