Shower was terrible. No pressure made it difficult to wash off sand or wash hair.

To be honest the apartment was amazing beautiful set up..what I would give feedback is a little refreshment on the cupboards/kitchen area as it seemed a little outdated for how the rest of the apartment looked.

Location was great and the place was clean and had everything you needed. Perfect for a family of 4.

Pool could have done with a clean and the rooms could do with a refresh.

The rooms need a spruce up, with paint peeling off doors and a little dated BUT they did the job. Close to absolutely everything you may need and the beach down the road is stunning. We checked in on a public holiday, so didn't meet any staff BUT no doubt they are amazing too.

Nothing. Everything was fine. Perhaps some more cleaning products would be good. Also some cleaning products for the BBQ would be good also.

Requested a poolside room with a balcony and they happily accomidated promptly. Also an earlier check in time. Good location, close to town centre and beach. All a short walk away.

Some of the apartments partied away until the early hours of the morning on several nights.

The accomodation was clean with great facilities, it was also in a great location. The kitchen and laundry facilities were good and were great for our family vacation.

Note there is no lift - we walked 2 flights of stairs to get to our apartment on the second floor - just wasn't expecting this but not a big deal. Other thing is the toilet has 2 doors on each side which can be sometimes hard to lock - something to keep in mind when you have little kids! The pool was not heated and could've done with a bit more of a clean (occasional leaves). Other thing was the apartment was quite expensive at $600/night but we stayed over NYE - normally don't spend this much on accommodation otherwise! Other thing I did not like was having to send private information like your drivers licence and credit card to an SMS number in order for them to release check-in information! Never had to do this for any other property and does not appear to be a very secure way to manage late check-ins. Note reception is already closed at 3pm on a Sunday and 5pm on weeknights!

Excellent location - within walking distance to the foreshore where the NYE fireworks were being held. Also easy walking distance to the main shops including grocery shops like Coles and Woolworths. The apartment was very spacious and felt luxurious with good quality appliances and equipment. LOVED the spa which was kept very hot - the hottest spa bath I've ever gone into! The beds were very comfortable.

When we first arrived we noticed a broken window latch which meant we couldn’t close the window. We did tell reception they advised that someone would come & have a look which after 45 min my husband & I fixed temporarily so we could close window ourselves. The pool was dirty and therefore very uninviting. Didn’t realise that our room was on the floor of the pool area which meant we had no private outside area and it was noisy during pool hours

Location was fabulous. Staff extremely helpful and friendly very accommodating. Units were very well appointed. Our family had 2 2 bedroom apartments. One of which would benefit having a paint refresh. Otherwise outstanding. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Beds were a bit too firm. Unfortunately due to the construction next door the noise in afternoon until evening the day we arrived and then started early next morning again. Information regards to Pool and spa access was not given to us and the cover was on the spa.
