We had another person park in our car park n left very little room for us. But that wasn't the accommodation's fault

Being so close to the busy bridge there was some traffic noise at night. That said, we were in the unit closest to the traffic, so other units are probably not affected by this.

Nice location, close to the river, secure parking right up to the door, cute on-site cafe, everything you need in the room.

TV Remote wouldn’t work, would have preferred smart TV, which was in the other room I also booked this visit. Love the pool….the g/kids have a ball, pool towels would have been good, as we had insufficient towels in the room for 3 guests anyway, and they were drenched in the pool area. Always love the cafe!!!

It was very windy one night and the bushes outside the window rubbed together and made a loud noise.. A bit of a prune would fix that.

Our room, which faced the hedge along the fence was a little dark, but otherwise it was all we needed.

Terrific location a short walk from the river and not far to go into town. The room had all that we needed; it was spacious, with comfy beds and the small kitchenette is handy, even though we didn't use it. The fresh milk in the fridge to make tea on arrival is a welcome touch! The on-site cafe serves good coffee and excellent breakfasts. The staff are welcoming and helpful, we look forward to returning one day.

Shower had poor pressure that was affected easily by others turning on taps in the complex. On site cafe was very noisy at 6:30 am with all the people lined up chatting waiting for their order

The kids liked the fact that the pool was indoors and heated, which meant they could swim as we went in the middle of winter. The beds were comfortable to sleep in. Loved that it’s not far from the shops, was quick and easy to run there and grab some dinner. Loved that they have a cafe onsite, the kids and I had a lovely breakfast which after ordering they told us to go wait in our room and they would bring it up to us. All in all it was a great little place to stay and if needing to stay again in the future, I would book again.

The street access was annoying, not been able to leave on the main road. Bed was hard. The shower curtain wasn't long enough, the water went all over the floor. The air-conditioning didn't work on heat , when we tried it only went to 10 and cold.

The room was nice and relatively spacious considering the rate. Bedding was made nicely and the rooms were clean. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Breakfast the next day was a highlight, good service, coffee and delicious food brought to our room.

We stayed in Room 42, and right outside where the kid's bunk beds were (at the top of the stairs) there was a communal area (tables and chairs). This became very loud and when we called for assistance, we were told nothing could be done until 10 pm. We asked the crowd politely to move and they did without hesitation so this is nothing on them- they didn't realise they were right outside the kid's window. They then moved to the area below. I think it is weird to have that space there right outside a family room, directly outside the window of the children's room and then to be told that we need to accept it until 10 pm when our three-year-old is in bed by 8 pm. This is an oversight on the motel's behalf especially because it is a FAMILY room. Luckily, the people we asked to move were so understanding otherwise it could have potentially disrupted an entire trip.

We had a lovely two nights at this lodge. The beds were comfy and the room was very clean. The pool facility was also great, and well maintained.

Didn't like the shower set up. No matter what we did water flooded the bathroom. Found kitchen sink cold water tap operated in reverse to the usual way. The pool had way too much chlorine in it. Never experienced that amount in a public pool before. With these very few faults we would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

My interstate family and I booked a few rooms for a few nights. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The onsite cafe had great, coffee and homemade food. , Roms were very clean and comfortable Location was perfect for us, very quiet area too. It actually exceeded my expectations.
