We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaVery dirty, there was old oil fat dripping from the exhaust fan above the stove, jam fingerprints inside the glass cupboard and my kids found old chicken nuggets under the bed when they were trying to plug in chargers. Hair all over the floor in the ensuite really the place had a very quick wipe over and sheet change but not a proper cleaning.

AustraliaSuperior view doesnt require you to stick ur head out the balcony to see the ocean, the bed was broken, took a week for staff to reply and apologise no one gave me parking nor check in details. I had to ask reception which they didnt want to give me initially but i proved i had the key and they kindly did. The linen and bedding was very dusty flaring up my asthma. The venue has also changed their pool hours from 10 to 9pm which is disgraceful. I have been at this property 6 times and never been disappointed till now.

AustraliaOne of the single bed mattress really needs to go to the bin, it didn't support any. Finding a simple eastern exit point from tower 3 to the street didn't eventuate, lots of walking bouncing between towers and floors to get out.
The pool areas are excellent. The hotel reception were helpful and the Coastal staff also helpful. The rooms were spacious. They left a generous starter pack with amenities.

AustraliaOnly two keys for a 3 bedroom apartment was not good enough and it did negatively impacted our holiday, no mattress topper on beds, main frame of the lounge was broken collapsing down when sat on, apartment needs a good spring cleaning some mould around air vents and on lace curtains, electrical appliances very old and hadn’t been test and tagged since 2019. At time of booking we requested to be in apartments close to each other as we hired two 3 bedroom apartments for our group and instead we in separate towers that can’t be accessed from inside the complex after 9pm very frustrating. Our booking stated we had two parking spaces included with the apartment when in fact you only get one meaning we had to book another carpark next door added additional costs, Coastal letting co didn’t seem very interested in helping with our request we found their customer service poor.

AustraliaThe beds were old, lumpy and very uncomfortable, some black mould, company we went through Costal Letting Co was not very helpful at all and most impactful was probably only 2 keys for 6 adults - we could have dealt with 1 key per room in 3 bedroom apartment. Paid top dollar!
The location and master bedroom was huge. Mashing machine fridge were both new and good.
