Only very minor things: while there were good quality bathroom towels provided, there were no face washcloths or hand towels. Kitchen could have benefited from a scrubbing brush or other sponge etc to use when washing dishes.

Reception only until 9pm. If there is a problem with your booking or you need to collect keys it can become an issue. The last time I stayed here, I had to wait until 12am before security came out and got me a temporary key. But they said I was not allowed out of the room until reception was open so I could not go grab any food.

Located in Chinatown, late night dining available into the early morning. Walkable to the next tram stop, within the free tram zone. The room itself is dimly lit and old. I book her because there is a washer/dryer and I generally stay a few nights. The bed is super soft, that you can get a back pain. There was no room cleaning service.

Bathroom drain had a terrible smell and warmth that would come and go throughout the day and evening. Smell was not pleasant - it was as if the drains were clogged and needed to be cleaned.

Spacious hotel room and bathroom in an excellent location in the heart of Chinatown with easy access to the tram. Bed was very comfortable and staff were so helpful in accommodating luggage drop off, late check out and allowing us to use their office space for half a day after check out to work remotely.

Bedside table never dusted. Basin not touched until sheets changed then basin wiped/ smeared, not cleaned properly. I could not see the sky and sometimes needed the lights on during the day, so had to have the curtains closed. Noisy at 11pm with bottles emptied and sometimes cleared early in the morning and a noisy truck. As l stayed 6 nights l thought a staff would have thought to put me facing north, not south.

The room was generally cleanish. Went to plug my laptop in by the side of the bed to be met with sticky dust on the sockets and light switch plug. The carpet in the room was worn.

Limited TV, wifi unpredictable in performance (unclear when wifi cut out with the result that my remaining data for the month was gobbled up unexpectedly), a little bit tatty and worn around the edges for the price.

Location is perfect for to see the city even though only for 2 days. The room is very nice for a couple or family. Equipped with washing machine and dryer which is we need that much including kitchen equipment. The coffeemaker, I like it very much.

It's located right in the CBD... but kind of far away from the free tram zone and train station... so I have to walk at least 10-15mins. The bed is way to soft... back hurts.. but kind of reasonable for my weekdays stay with the fair price I paid. Thumbs up if you are off to go for few days stays without any requirements for bed. Another perfect thing is washing machine and dryer are provided inside the room.

It's located right in the CBD along the Chinatown street and the room is clean. The staff is very friendly and assisted me for my late check-in as my flight delayed and only managed to reach the hotel after 12am. The instructions are very clear to me and managed to get into the hotel fast and safely.

Pillows were old and most lumpy. Used by obvious "working girls." Lors of grafiti and rubbish. Directions regarding the associated car parking was not clear. Unable to c I ntact anyone on a phone. Only email. NOT good business

Things in the room worked. Bedding was clean but seems no one sweeps behind doors.

On-site parking was too small for our car. Our rooms were not ready until 5 pm, which was ridiculous. Water from the shower went everywhere in the bathroom.
