Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

My kids (15 and 17 and I had an amazing weekend staying at the QT. Staff were all happy and super friendly - and we were allowed in early and to leave later on Sunday morning. We loved spotting all the quirky decorations everywhere too.

AustraliaOf all the QT’s I have stayed in, this one has the most bizarre decor. A little bit crazy, and a little bit kitsch, and I have to say the bathrooms are exceptionally masculine and 1980s …not in a good way. Other than that, the hotel is lovely. They always smell great!

Love the QT always my preferred place to stay anywhere I travel. Love the quirkiness its a vibe! The staff was very nice, I got an upgraded room with the choice of what facing of the city I would prefer. Checkout 11am. Water pressure in the shower was perfect. I also ordered a coffee to the room in the morning which was an amazing coffee and was extra hot and the service was great.

AustraliaThe shower. I love a good shower, and I know that the fashion is to have a rainshower along with a handheld shower head, but sometimes this just doesn't work. This was one of those times! Both shower heads ended up soaking the bathroom! It was not a relaxing experience at all.
The room was comfortable and quirky. Loved the little touches that made the space unique - the top hat lamp, cabinet with perfume stoppers.

Placement of the lights on the ceiling should be above the bed. One small thing the closet is too small for 2 people.
