Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The entrance to the driveway has a pot hole. It was jarring on my vehicle and worried l had damaged my tyres. No heaters in the bedrooms. More blankets needed, but I'm sure you could ask reception
Clean and the beds are incredibly comfortable. So much space, very clean and lots of parking.

Shower area had no curtain so made the floor very slippery and water ran around the toilet area and near the door, not ideal. I think this was a disability access bathroom which we didn't ask for. Would have preferred normal bathroom. Location was ok but you need a car as there was not much around as far as eateries and shops.
Spacious and very clean. We had Room 36 which was at the back of the property so we heard no street noise at all. Bathroom was spacious and laundry facilities were a bonus. Staff were lovely.

The internet connection was terrible. So weak we couldnt watch or 'cast' anything to the TV when we had some downtime.

Complimentary upgrade, was a gorgeous room. The facilities were lovely, the staircase was immaculate and close to available parking. Parking was unassigned and that caused some minor issues, parking not entirely suitable for longer and larger vehicles.

The location is great, easy access to the CBD. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable with everything you need for your stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, there was a walk in robe and a spacious bathroom with laundry facilities.

Far too noisy from road traffic. Would definitely request room further from front corner. As one of our group can’t do stairs and finds steps difficult (as per our request for ground floor room, we were here for wheelchair basket ball) availability of even a portable ramp for that step up onto veranda, would make your rooms more accessibility friendly. 😊 Showerhead in main bathroom very loose and not very good.
Large apartment with good bed configuration, would be great for longer stays. Lovely staff.

Pool very small but that’s not why we were there so it wasn’t a problem. Traffic noise may be quieter at the back of the property but ok for us as we were up early.

It was hard to find the apartment number in the dark hence we had to park at the end of the property and drag our luggages to the apartment which was at the front of the property plus there were many carparks in-front. I don’t thinks it’s an issue in summer but it was freezing in winter and would have been nice to park right infront the apartment. Just a suggestion for lighted numbers.
Cleanliness and the fact that it was kept warm before we arrived late.

The bathrooms showed some signs of wear and tear, and the showers needed a lot of coaxing to get to the right temperature. It was noisy within the apartment (even our 8 year old walking around sounded like an elephant), but this is easy to overlook when there was no noise from neighbours
The apartment was well-appointed with very comfy beds and everything we needed to cook meals. There were ample pillows and extra blankets, too. We had a washer and dryer in the apartment which was very useful, and there was ample washing up liquid and detergents supplied. It was easy for the kids to log in to Netflix and everything was clean. We couldn't hear any noise from other guests and the apartment was secure.

The casting service to the TV in the room is ineffective. The internal wifi cannot cope with an app like Kayo. I watched the game on my mobile using my own bandwidth. The staircase to the first floor would deter many, but I was ok with it.
Convenient location for a road trip. Been to this property several times for longer stays in Bendigo area ... consistently good. Fish and chips at Adler Street shop a great option. Single bedroom apartment at far end of complex was very comfortable and surprisingly quiet having regard to the railway line nearby.
