You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

My only dislike was that I was resting on the sofa on my first morning in the apartment. When the front door opened and the owner peered in. Said sorry and left. He came back 10 minutes later to apologise but that shouldn’t have happened. I’m girl on my own. But other then that apartment was nice
The location was fantastic, close to restaurants, shops, beach the wharf. With Cole’s over the road too

Not a negative as such but a coffee machine would have been nice.
Lovely modern and comfortable apartment. Had virtually everything you could want and was stone's throw to everything in Mooloolaba.

302 had amazing everything. They had board games, cheese cutters, pizza boards, platter boards even an ashy tray! Had a cold out sofa bed and two other rooms was amazing. 602 didn’t have as much personality or other things but did have a good view of the ocean.

We loved everything about the place.
Lovely, spacious, well- equipped apartment. Superb location close to esplanade, cafes and shops. Swimming pool was clean and inviting. Convenient to have both dishwasher and 2ashing machine.

Would have been good to have cooking basics in the apartment, like olive oil, salt, pepper etc. It's unfortunate to have to buy or bring these things when you're only staying a few days, especially if you're coming from interstate or overseas.
Everything was fabulous! Clean, comfortable, well laid-out apartment, right opposite shops and 50m from beach. Across the road from all the shops and restaurants of Mooloolaba. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Hard to find something to complain about !!!
Location and facilities. We enjoyed our stay as everything was in the apartment to make our stay comfortable. A home away from home so to speak. Beach shopping and restaurants were all close and easy to access. Management was very helpful and kept the pool and garden areas clean and ready for use. We could not have been happier with our stay and would not hesitate to come back for another holiday. Thank you very much. Kerin Acton

The only thing was we booked the roof top unit , very steep stairs to access so probably next time wouldn’t book the top units, would book the lower units as that’s the only difference between the top units is the roof top private area and save the $$ .
Close to the main thoroughfare, very clean well kept property.

An unwelcome visitor - a cockroach .
Close to everything was great. Noise was a factor, because of the unit’s location on Venning Street. Staff were helpful.

Good location. Across the road from Coles and the bottle shop. Short walk to beach and the myriad of shops/restaurants on the esplanade. Quiet, despite being on main street. Easy access to car park and able to park a large dual cab 4x4. Air conditioning in bedrooms and lounge. Managers were very decent people and good to deal with.

Beds were a little uncomfortable. There was a smell in the second bathroom.
The property is beautifully maintained with a lovely pool and barbecue area. It was a great spot to relax in. Our unit was well equipped for a family to cook in and spend time out of the heat. The unit has great cooling with air conditioning and ceiling fans.
