The carpet and curtains in our room were full of stains and really need to be replaced. I feel like we paid for a budget room and that’s what we got. Next time I’d pay a bit more and request a nicer room.

Pool and bbq area was private, clean and well maintained. The location and staff were very good. Our room was clean enough and bed was comfortable.

The room next door had a door way to it. This resulted in us being able to hear them stir their cup of tea! We were woken early by one family, then kept up late by another. It was very unfortunate as it spoilt what was otherwise a good place to stay.9

Rooms need a refresh. Fittings old, crockery and cutlery were minimal to basic - plastic wine glasses need to be thrown out not at all appealing to drink out of. Both the screen door and the glass door to the balcony did not have functioning locks - doors could not be locked. One of the ceiling fans did not work. Nothing in rooms to tell of dining/meal options nearby - reception closed at 7:30pm No other means to get to upstairs other than stairs. Not easy for a person on their own to carry luggage upstairs and downstairs again.

The rooms were not clean as per expectation as it had weird damp smell from the carpets. We also found a few cockroaches around the bathroom and kitchen area, which was really disappointing.

The location was convenient from main places like Esplanade, was within 5 mins by car. Staff was really helpful

Cleaned the fan. Bathroom abit small. Replace the shower heads maybe. Offer tea and coffee but have to buy the milk out of the vending machine

This hotel is brilliant for transit as it is very close to the airport. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are very spacious with kitchen facilities.

Cleaning needs to be more thorough. Dirty marks on walls and grime around base of taps in bathroom. The ceiling fans were dirty and only worked on high in sleeping area.

I just wish the jug that was in the cupboard was filled with cold water in the fridge on arrival.

Very close to esplanade, food and train & coach. We were able to leave our luggage there @ 9:30am while we went sight seeing all day. Reception was so helpful with everything. Room layout was awesome, 2 double beds, one was up one end of room and the other down the other end.

The bathroom wasn't clean - Still had shampoo splashes from previous guests in the shower. Water pressure was good but it was very hard to get the right temperature and it changed constantly. The spa had black mould on the tile grout and around silicon, some of the jets were broken. Reception staff not very polite We had a surprise visitor (maintenance) let themselves in while my partner was in the shower and I was resting on the bed.

Location was about the only good thing about this hotel.

They are not flexible with their check out time causing inconvenience especially when your flight is later in the day. They don't even allow you for an extension for extra 1 or 2 hours allowing you to delay check out in order to go to the airport a bit later.

Some of the dishes in the kitchen were unclean/ dirty. Which is why i mention it as it is listed as something the visitors need to do before checking out, clean up after themselves. Apart from that, it was a great place... The weatherwas so blah, hot and sticky but obviously Palms hasnt got anything to do with that

The size of our accommodation/ room. The price and how wasy it was to just unpack and enjoy. The staff was super friendly. Location is close to convenience stores and essentials. Our room/ apartment was plenty big enough for 3 adults and 1 teen to have enough space and enjoy ourselves. The pool is beautiful. The air-conditioning was great and welcoming
